The issue of pension funds is not only a financial matter, but also a human resource. Pension funds do not stand alone, but are assumed to be related to other human resource (HR) variables. Starting from this background, this study aims to examine the effect of the occupational pension scheme (OPS) and retirement intentions (RI) variables partially on employee productivity (EP) directly or through employee engagement (EE), the effect of OPS on RI, and the effect of OPS on EP through RI. Post-positivist is the research paradigm, with a quantitative research approach, with explanatory causal types and statistical studies. Dapenma-Pamsi is selected as the location of this research and we choose the Joint Pension Fund of municipal waterwork which are located in six provinces in Java Island. The sampling technique for this study was proportionate stratified random sampling, with a total sample of 500 active Dapenma-Pamsi participants in six provinces in Java. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-7. The data analysis technique used SEM-AMOS. The results of the study are supported by ten research hypotheses. The novelty of this research is the integration of variables rooted in the discipline of financial management and variables from the discipline of human resource management. This research is also could help Indonesia Government foster the growth of Private Pension Fund Program in Indonesia.

The development of green marketing has received the attention of various levels of business around the world. The promotion of green marketing is now shaping all business sectors' practices, including the property industry. Yogyakarta is one of the cities whose industry has been developing so fast. This study explored green purchase intention to succeed in green marketing promotion. It examined how the relationship between green purchase intention with the variables supporting it and measuring its value. This research was completed with two methods: identifying the relationship between the green purchase intention variables (endogenous) with variables and their indicators (exogenous) that affect the value of green purchase intention. The identification using structural equation modelling. While the measurement of green purchase intention values was carried out using a dynamic system simulation. The data was collected through the survey method on 400 sample sizes. The results obtained, a significant relationship between 4 exogenous variables and the endogenous variable and also obtained some prediction value per unit time.

Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) greatly relies on tacit knowledge sharing. Hence, it is important to investigate the means of promoting knowledge retention. The growth of technology in knowledge management system triggers the transformation of knowledge quality to leverage institutional knowledge. HEIs as knowledge provider needs a knowledge sharing network which can meet the demands of changing knowledge. This paper aims to study the mediating role of knowledge management (KM) system quality between organizational factors and tacit knowledge sharing among academics of HEIs. Barron and Kenny method was used to measure the direct and indirect influence of KM system quality between organisational factors and tacit knowledge sharing. The prelude findings reveal that knowledge management system was effective through organisational factors which promote tacit knowledge sharing among academics of HEIs.

The damaging effects of market globalization towards developing countries necessitate the exhibition of favorable attitudes towards purchase intention for local brand automobiles manufactured locally. With the application of moral foundation theory (MFT), a quantitative and cross-sectional study that involved 373 Proton potential consumers through a mall intercept survey in Malaysia was analyzed. The results show that Proton’s potential consumers had favorable attitudes towards purchase intention for Proton automobiles. Subsequent to a high mean score of collectivism and a moderate mean score of ethnocentrism, Proton potential consumers’ ethnocentric tendency offers a contradiction to extant literatures on consumer ethnocentrism in developing countries. Thus, our study posits that consumers from collectivistic societies are ethnocentric and further display favorable attitudes towards local products. Additionally, the predictive effects of consumer ethnocentrism and collectivism on attitudes towards purchase intention for local brand automobiles manufactured locally were ascertained. Our findings validated the applicability of MFT in explaining consumers’ attitudes towards local products. Other implications are also discussed.

The present study aimed to explore the role of organizational DNA in enhancing the strategic balance in commercial banks in Madaba. The strategic balance is represented by organizational culture, human resources, customers and competitors. The researcher developed a thirty-item questionnaire and distributed to 87 employees in the commercial banks in Madaba where 74 forms were retrieved and 4 forms were valid for analysis. Several results were reached. For instance, the organizational DNA level in the targeted banks is high, the strategic balance level in the targeted banks is high. Organizational DNA level has a statistically significant impact (α ≤ 5%) on strategic balance dimensions, i.e., organizational culture, human resources, customers and competitors, jointly and separately in commercial banks in Madaba. The researcher recommends providing more attention to competition by managements of banks and recommends conducting similar studies.

This research intends to explore the relationship between subjective and objective environmental knowledge and green products purchase intention and if green products purchase intention leads to green products actual purchase behavior in the context of UAE consumers. It also intends to explore the moderating effect of Price consciousness on the relationship between green products purchase intention and green products actual purchase behavior. A self-administered questionnaire used to collect the data about the study variables, 186 respondents from UAE participated in this research and data analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 22. The findings of this research indicate that Subjective and Objective Environmental Knowledge were determinants of Green Products Purchase Intention, and that Purchase Intention was positively and significantly associated with actual Purchase Behavior. No significant relationship found of price consciousness as a moderator.

COVID -19 pandemic has a huge global impact on education over the world. Many countries decided to close universities, colleges, and schools to limit the spread of this disease. Almost 91% of students worldwide have shifted to online education. Educational institutions have struggled to provide their students with suitable online learning and assessment tools. As a new experience for both teachers and students, Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University has set new online academic services to make it possible and easy for students to get the help they need and to overcome the new obstacles they are facing. The purpose of this study is to gain a deeper understanding of student satisfaction with their academic advising in light of the new emerging situation. Additionally, direc-tions were presented for the academic advising section members to allow them to manage the unit appropriately. To achieve that, students were clustered regarding their level of satisfaction with the provided services. Students’ answers were collected through an online questionnaire and the data were analyzed and segmented using the k-mean clustering technique. Regarding results, recommendations for improvements were suggested and action plans were prepared.

Highly competitive and continuous business changes in telecommunication industry make organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) strategically important. This research aims to test the impact of transformational leadership of the direct supervisor on working motivation of the employees. Does supervisor's leadership capability impact on employees' work motivation more intrinsically or extrinsically? The study was conducted in an Indonesian telecommunication company which provides television cable and high-speed internet services for the high-rise building in Java and Sumatra. It involved 199 employees as the respondents. The collected data was analyzed with structural equation modelling approach. The statistical test has proved that transformational leadership has a positive impact on work motivation and organizational citizenship behavior. The motivation – both extrinsic motivation and intrinsic motivation, impacts on organizational citizenship behavior significantly. Although transformational does impact on organizational citizenship behavior both directly and indirectly, but the working motivation does not play a mediating role in the relationship between transformation leadership and organizational citizenship behavior.

The increasing level of the number of carbon dioxide will raise temperature on the earth and causes global climate changes. Paris agreement has responded global warming by doing mitigation, and Indonesian Government has ratified the suggestion. This research aims to determine the rice cultivation technology system which effectively could absorb the carbon dioxide into the form of biomass and C-organic in the earth. Applying the quasi-experiment by three types of technological systems – and it was conducted in farming area of Sukakarya District, Bekasi Regency, Indonesia – the research proved the T2 (IPAT-TS planting system) – in which it applies a minimum spacing of 30 cm × 30 cm and a maximum of 50 cm × 50 cm, in aerobic soil conditions – yields the highest number of biomass straw, C-Organic, and harvest dry grain and economically gives the highest profit margin. Therefore, the research recommends the adoption of T2 as mass common farming practice especially in entisolic soil types.

This study aims to investigate the effect of soft skills and ethics and value on the employers’ willingness to continue recruiting Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT) graduates, together with the moderating effect of knowledge on the relationship between soft skills and the employers’ willingness to continue recruiting UMT graduates. The study’s respondents comprised of 208 employers in Malaysia who responded through an online survey using Google Forms. The survey data was then analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM), indicating that soft skills positively affected the employers’ willingness to continue recruiting UMT graduates. Nevertheless, ethics and value were found to be insignificant factors on the employers’ willingness to continue recruiting UMT graduates. It was also revealed that knowledge had the moderating effect on the relationship between soft skills and the employers’ willingness to continue recruiting UMT graduates. Therefore, universities were recommended to invest in soft skills and knowledge education to ensure that graduates met the employers’ professional recruitment standards in areas of expertise.
