This study identifies the role of religiosity in the willingness to pay for halal transportation among Muslim consumers in Malaysia by applying the ABC theory. Applying a purposive sampling method, data were gathered from questionnaires distributed to Muslim consumers at malls in Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya. From 250 Muslims who were approached, 200 respondents agreed to answer the questionnaire. SMART-PLS 3.3.2. was used to analyse the data for this study using a Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) approach. Out of six direct hypotheses tested, five hypotheses were found supported. From four hypotheses on mediation, only one was found as unsupported. Religiosity was found to have a moderation effect between knowledge and the WTP for halal transportation. The findings provide useful information on the WTP for halal transportation. Related parties such as governments, halal transport service providers and customers can use these findings to plan further actions in order to enhance the WTP for halal transportation. The study reveals the capability of the ABC theory to identify the factors of the WTP for halal transportation among Muslim consumers in Malaysia. The findings also show the moderation effects of religiosity on the WTP for halal transportation. The study also incorporates awareness as a mediator and as a sequential mediator within the model. The findings also enrich the literature on the WTP in halal studies.

The present study attempted to understand the nexus between Green HRM, Green Management to-wards explaining individual Green values. The study also attempted to test the moderation of green management on the relationship between Green HRM and individual Green values. A large private distribution business in Bahrain was chosen for the present study based on the recent initiatives towards green practices across the major work prospects. Results of the structural equation modelling from the non-managerial employees of the company indicated significant positive relationship be-tween green HRM and individual green values. Accordingly, the present study also reported significant relationship between Green Management and enhancement of individual green values. Importantly, the study also reported significant moderation of green management on the relationship between green HRM and individual green values. The study forwards implication for practitioners followed by the limitations and scope for future studies.

The present study attempted to understand how financial performance can be enhanced in the finan-cial sector. Therein, the study worked to find out how Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and organizational engagement can be used to predict financial performance. In addition, the study also tested the moderating role of organizational engagement on the relationship between CSR and financial performance. Managerial level employees from seven retail banks in Bahrain were sampled for the present study. The results of the structural equation modelling reported significant impact of CSR on financial performance. Accordingly, the study also reported significant relationship between organizational engagement and financial performance. Notably, the study also reported significant moderation of organizational engagement on the CSR and financial performance relationship. The study forwards notable implications for theory and practice followed by scope for future studies.

This paper examines the relationship between entrepreneurial training, entrepreneurial culture and organizational performance. Accordingly, the study also investigates the moderating effect of gov-ernment funding on the relationship between entrepreneurial culture, entrepreneurial training and business performance among the public universities in Pakistan. The respondents include 415 heads of department out of 1100 identified in the study. Structural equation modeling using PLS 2.0 M3 reports significant relationship between entrepreneurial training and organizational performance. Likewise, entrepreneurial culture is also reported to be significantly important for boosting organizational performance. Importantly, the study reports significant moderation of government funding on the relationship between entrepreneurial culture and organizational performance. How-ever, no moderation is reported on the entrepreneurial training and organizational performance relationship. The findings of this study have enhanced the understanding regarding government funding in the prospect of improving the performance of the HEIs in Pakistan. The study recommends that the state government and higher education institutions in Pakistan allow room for entrepreneurial activities, and development of entrepreneurial principles and opportunities, and further encourage entrepreneurial practices through the development of public entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial training on innovation to generate/create positive effects on the organizational performance of HEIs.

Work engagement has gained much prominence over the recent decades. With the aim of address-ing the global engagement crisis, the current study examined how prominent job resources such as supervisor support, coworker support and meaningful work perceptions can influence work engagement. The study also tested the moderation of meaningful work on these relationships. 537 questionnaires were distributed among the employees of six large banks of Pakistan. Structural equation modeling using Smart PLS 2.0 resulted in strong positive relationship of supervisor support and coworker support with work engagement. The findings also concluded strong positive relationship between meaningful work and work engagement. Notably, the bootstrapping results also played significant moderation of meaningful work on the relationship between supervisor support and coworker support with work engagement. The study forwards theoretical and practical implications for future.

Social media influencers have become a more effective modern marketing approach used by businesses to influence consumers' intention and attitude. This study explores this influence by involving several factors of influencer’s characteristics on both consumers’ attitude and intention. Also, a moderation role of vloggers as a new emerging marketing tool is also examined in this research. To conduct this research and achieve its key objective, the study uses a quantitative research method to collect data from TikTok users which has also become a more worldwide favorable web device for short videos. PLS-SEM method is conducted in the phase of analysis and the results show a significant influence of the hypothesized research model except the influence of source relatability on consumer attitude and the moderating role of vloggers on consumer intention. The research findings provided unsurprisingly implications and supported the existing related literature in this field but contribute to cover the research knowledge gap through the integrated new model including numerous variables that have not been examined previously together in a unique framework.
