While the number of AIDS-related deaths continues to rise, efforts have been made to transform the disease into a manageable chronic condition. HIV protease inhibitors have become central to combination therapy. As a result, these inhibitors have become a major focus of anti-HIV drug development. This research takes a data-driven approach to drug development through the use of quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) analysis. A dataset of 450 anti-HIV drugs was used to construct and validate models. Using extensive validation methods and various machine learning algorithms, the results clearly showed that the "ET" regression outperformed the other models (“XGB”, “LGBM”, “DT”, “RF”, “GB”, “Bag”, and “HGB”) in terms of goodness of fit, predictivity, generalizability, and model robustness. Promising compounds were subjected to molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulation, resulting in drugs with favourable pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties that consistently interact with the therapeutic target.

This short communication reports about new 5-amino-4-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)-1,3-oxazoles which were synthesized by [3+2] cycloaddition of 2-R-5-amino-1,3-oxazole-4-carbonitriles and trimethylsilyl azide with dibutyltin oxide present. The reaction conditions provided high yields of the products, and were tolerant to some active functional fragments in the oxazole substituents (amino, amido, and hydroxy group). In the case of 2-((4-cyano-2-phenyloxazol-5-yl)amino)-N-methylacetamide the by-product (N-((1-(2-(methylamino)-2-oxoethyl)-1H-tetrazol-5-yl)(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)methyl)-benzamide) was formed together with the expected tetrazolyloxazole.

This paper describes the adaptive optimal control of the inventory production system with Weibull-distributed deterioration items. First of all, the dynamic model of the system is presented with all possible disturbances and uncertainties. Then, it is controlled using an adaptive and optimal controller. In this method, by having numerical data from the output of the system without using its dynamic equations, an LQR controller is estimated for it. This is important and practical because in physical systems under significant disturbances and fundamental uncertainties, the dynamic equations of the system will not have the former reliability; And it is possible to change the equations of motion by adding any non-linearity so that the conventional controllers will suffer an error. Finally, it is shown that due to the nature of the system and existing uncertainties, the used method has a clear advantage over other optimal control methods and their application in optimizing the inventory production system in the supply chain.

Transhipment is an important logistics strategy that helps to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce transportation costs. It enables cargo to be transported to multiple destinations using different modes of transportation, such as ships, trains, trucks, and planes. This can help to reduce the overall transportation time and cost, as well as improve inventory management and distribution. In addition to its use in logistics and transportation, transhipment can also be used in other industries such as manufacturing, where it can be used to transfer raw materials or finished products between different facilities or production lines. This research paper examines the role of transhipment in improving the efficiency of spare part delivery systems to the PMPML depots from central workshop Swargate. PMPML has 12 depots in total (including central workshop). In many industries, the supply chain for spare parts is complex, with multiple suppliers, warehouses, and service centres involved. Transhipment, or the transfer of inventory between locations, can help to reduce lead times and improve inventory availability. In this paper, we analyze the impact of transhipment on key performance metrics such as order fulfilment, inventory turnover, and transportation costs. We also discuss the challenges associated with implementing transhipment in spare part delivery systems, including coordination between different parties, data sharing, and system integration.

The purpose of this study is to propose a bundle of HRM practices. Specifically, this study segments HRM practices in non-overlapping practices to examine their role in organizational innovation. The methodological approach is a quantitative approach using a convenient sampling technique to collect valid data of 126 service sector employees across five sales and service centers. The findings of this study reveal that both commitment and innovation driven HRM practices positively impact organizational innovation. Meanwhile, the results have shown that the High Performance Work System does not impact organizational innovation. Thus, this study argues that to confront the challenges associated with an ever-evolving nature of organizations, top management must use integrative HRM strategies that can yield a cumulative effect in driving organizational innovation.

This paper analyses the impact of economic policy uncertainty at the firm level on the inconsistency of words and actions in their digital transformation. Using new quantitative indicators of the gap as well as robust models, we find that firm economic policy uncertainty can exacerbate the gap between what firms say and do about digital transformation. In light of these findings, the paper concludes that there tends to be a certain amount of digital transformation hype among listed firms.

These eleven players should be selected from the two teams between which the match will be played. Additionally, these eleven players may be chosen from either one team or a combination of the two teams. To identify the eleven players for the T20 cricket format who can provide the maximum score to get the best rank in competitions, many studies employ Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM).In this paper, the TOPSIS method is utilized (weights of the performance factors of players are evaluated by using AHP) to determine the top eleven players.

In this manuscript, the mean of the study and the auxiliary variable, as well as the rank of the auxiliary variable, were needed to develop a new, improved ratio-in-regression type estimator for population mean. Up to the first order of approximation, expressions for the bias and mean square error of the existing and proposed estimators are computed. The effectiveness and stability of our new, enhanced estimator are evaluated using simulation and two actual data sets. The suggested estimator's superior performance to all other considered estimators is shown both conceptually and numerically. The mean square error is the lowest, and PREs out-performs other known estimators by a factor of more than one hundred. Overall, we draw the conclusion that the suggested new improved estimator outperforms all its predecessors.

There are various limitations and risks associated with using BIM in construction projects, such as issues with file sharing and data security. This research examines numerous BIM benefits and drawbacks from a variety of angles, providing information and various measures for building the program. BIM adoption in construction projects includes a wide range of benefits as well as drawbacks. The relationship between the variety of information and outcomes was explored using different findings from numerous scientific studies that looked at the use of BIM in the construction sector. Due to the wide range of data that is available in the BIM sector, numerous areas were also found in this study. A thorough analysis was undertaken to present a variety of author viewpoints from various articles. This report's strengths and weaknesses have been noted. It has been demonstrated that BIM has additional benefits, including meeting client expectations, reducing design errors, and achieving project sustainability. However, there are also drawbacks to BIM, including user skill gaps, ambiguous standards and protocols, and transfer data problems. A few studies have addressed some of the research gaps and limitations in some of the domains. Additionally, these regions were thoroughly addressed from many authors' points of view.

This paper investigates an identical parallel machine scheduling problem with flexible maintenance and job release times and attempts to optimize two objectives: the minimization of the makespan and total tardiness simultaneously. A mixed-integer programming (MIP) model for solving small-scale instances is presented first, and then a modified NSGA-Ⅱ (M-NSGA-Ⅱ) algorithm is constructed for solving medium- and large-scale instances by incorporating several strategies. These strategies include: (ⅰ) the proposal of a decoding method based on dynamic programming, (ⅱ) the design of dynamic probability crossover and mutation operators, and (ⅲ) the presentation of neighborhood search method. The parameters of the proposed algorithm are optimized by the Taguchi method. Three scales of problems, including 52 instances, are generated to compare the performance of different optimization methods. The computational results demonstrate that the M-NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm obviously outperforms the original NSGA-II algorithm when solving medium- and large-scale instances, although the time taken to solve the instances is slightly longer.
