Despite the recognized importance of service quality in supply chain management, there has been limited research examining the interplay between digital leadership, service quality, and supply chain management. This study employs bibliometric analysis techniques to investigate how digital leadership influences service quality within the context of supply chain management. Utilizing VOSviewer v1.6.20, we analyzed 490 publications from the Web of Science database pertinent to this domain. Our findings reveal that advanced technologies, including digital leadership, IoT, AI, and blockchain, play a crucial role in modernizing supply chains, enhancing operational efficiency, and achieving environmental objectives. The study discusses the broader implications for both theoretical frameworks and practical applications in the field.

This study conducts a comprehensive bibliometric analysis to explore the nexus of technology applications and innovation performance within the realm of supply chain management (SCM). Despite the increasing importance of smart supply chain management in modern organizations, there is a paucity of research dedicated to this intersection. The primary objective is to identify trends, research gaps, and emerging themes in the literature concerning SSCM, technology applications, and innovation performance. Leveraging the Web of Science database, bibliometric analysis is employed to analyze existing literature, revealing insights into strategies for harnessing technology-driven innovations in SCM. By embracing sustainability principles, companies can position themselves as leaders in an increasingly interconnected and environmentally conscious world, generating long-term value for both them and society.

The primary aim of this research is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the role played by entrepreneurial accounting practices in mitigating information disparities, as perceived by employees within the realm of Jordanian financial intermediaries. This role is encapsulated in various components, including accounting systems and policies, international financial reporting standards, international external auditing standards, international internal auditing standards, as well as professional and ethical conduct guidelines. In pursuit of our research objectives, we adopted two distinct methodological approaches. Firstly, a descriptive analytical approach was employed, involving the development of a structured questionnaire to gather primary data pertaining to the assessment of independent variables associated with entrepreneurial accounting practices. The second approach encompassed an applied perspective, seeking to gauge the impact of entrepreneurial accounting practices on reducing information asymmetry. This was achieved by examining the financial statements of insurance companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange for the period spanning 2016 to 2022, thereby constituting our dependent variable. Rigorous statistical techniques were employed to meticulously analyze the collected data, with the validation of our hypotheses achieved through a comprehensive multiple regression analysis. The findings of this study distinctly underscore the pivotal role played by entrepreneurial accounting practices in ameliorating information asymmetry issues within the corporate economic landscape. A robust and statistically significant correlation emerged between our dependent variable, namely the reduction of information asymmetry, and both the independent variables associated with entrepreneurial accounting practices and their inherent characteristics. This study's significant recommendation extends beyond the mere technical dimensions of accounting, encompassing a call for a holistic reevaluation of the accounting profession. Addressing the enduring phenomenon of information asymmetry among stakeholders is not merely a concern confined to the technical aspects of accounting. Rather, it represents a profound professional and ethical crisis that permeates the entire accounting ecosystem. This crisis emanates from the very foundations and legal frameworks of the profession, extends through accounting standards, and encompasses professional conduct and ethics. Ultimately, it concludes with the supervision and oversight of the quality of professional performance, an obligation shared by accountants, certified auditors, and management alike.

This paper aimed to verify the relationship between Administrative Entrepreneurship, Imitative Entrepreneurship, and Acquisitive Entrepreneurship on Small business entrepreneurship with the intermediate role of Entrepreneurs. 310 questionnaires were obtained from Small business entrepreneurship in Jordan. The researchers used five points Likert scale questionnaires adapted from the literature. The results of the PLS-SEM indicated that the Acquisitive Entrepreneurship and Imitative Entrepreneurship had a significant impact on the creativity of the Small business entrepreneurship, while Administrative Entrepreneurship demonstrated an unimportant relationship with creativity. The results also highlight that Entrepreneurs mediated the relationship between Imitative Entrepreneurship and employee creativity, however, no mediation effect was found on Administrative Entrepreneurship and Acquisitive Entrepreneurship with creativity.

The study aimed to examine the brand which is among the main dimensions for making the final purchasing decision among Jordanian consumers when selecting a cellular device which is an index for them and when purchasing in particular. Within this frame, the study aimed to investigate the factors influencing purchasing decision of Jordanian consumers when selecting the brand of cellular devices. The study followed the analytic descriptive approach in data collection where a questionnaire was distributed on a random sample of 240 participants from the study population. The study concluded that there was a positive relationship between the quality of cellular devices and the selection of brand and this relationship was attributed to the variables of gender, age, and educational culture. In light of the results revealed, the study recommended the producers of cellular devices of the various brands to offer high quality products with appropriate prices that take into accounts the purchasing power for consumers based on the targeted markets.

The objective of this research was to identify the role of empowerment in enhancing Safeway Company's performance in Jordan using structural equation model (SEM). The authors used a predictive-descriptive strategy to determine Safeway Company's levels of empowerment. To evaluate the role of empowerment and performance, a questionnaire was designed and circulated. The data were examined using means, standard deviations, and multiple linear regression analyses. Empowerment and its dimensions from the Safeway company workers’ viewpoint were ranked high in this survey. The performance level and its dimensions were also con-sidered high from the Safeway company workers’ perspective. Furthermore, the results suggest that both of the experienced groups showed significant differences regarding their empowerment's and performance per-spective, meaning that employees with less than five years of job experience were more likely to perceive em-powerment and performance, positively. In light of this result, the authors suggested the Safeway Company to increase and improve its performance to obtain customer satisfaction by encouraging employees to provide the company with feedback which improves the provided services to customers.

Although fog computing-based logistic supply chain management (Fog computing-based LSCM) is an emerging technology that proved a high impact on services and products, little research has focused on fog computing-based LSCM. Drawing on the Kano model and organization's theory this paper investigates the effect of fog computing-based LSCM on organizational agility. And the role of user satisfaction as mediator between fog computing-based LSCM and organizational agility. A quantitative approach was used, a questionnaire was designed for data collection, Cronbach's Alpha test was performed on a pilot study to examine the internal consistency of questionnaire items. Fog computing-based LSCM was studied based on Supply chain awareness, Connectivity and Logistics, Integration Process, Seamless Supply Chain, Integration of Processes. Data was collected from a random sample of 550 employees of Al-Hassan industrial city‎ in Jordan. Building on the proposed model, Researchers show that fog computing-based LSCM has a positive impact on organizational agility, fog computing-based LSCM has a positive impact on user satisfaction and finally user satisfaction mediates the relationship between fog computing-based LSCM and organizational agility. Implications for the model are discussed.

The online markets have been growing during the last near years, and many businesses have generated customer satisfaction and loyalty by developing their marketing activities. The main aim of this study is to review the related body of the literature to develop a thorough conceptual research framework including e-marketing in order to determine the respective antecedent factors of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Another study aim is examining the mediating role of the perceived value on the interrelationships between e-marketing, customer satisfaction and loyalty. Through a questionnaire survey, the study collected the data from various online shoppers in Jordan with about 482 participants. The study results indicated that e-marketing had a significant effect on customer satisfaction but did not generate customer loyalty, and the customer satisfaction had a significant effect on customer loyalty. Another key result is the perceived value mediated the relations between e-marketing and both customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The study's respective implications offer new insights in marketing literature and conclude that the successful marketing activities should focus on the perceived value that is felt by the customers.

Bug tracking systems are standard repositories that preserve a large number of uncovered bugs. Once a bug is reported in these repositories, developers search for appropriate changes to fix the bug. However, discovering the changes that can fix the bugs has a negative influence on the schedule and cost of projects. Mainly, fixing bugs could be done by performing some other maintenance changes. In this work, we study and examine the role of adaptive maintenance in the context of API-migration during bug fixing activities through a case study on KOffice, Extragear/graphics, and Open Scene Graph projects. Our goal is to direct developers towards potential bugs early in development which are more likely to be fixed by performing adaptive changes as opposed to other maintenance tasks. We examined the reports of fixed bugs from the bug tracking systems of the studied projects, then we explored several factors related to variant dimensions of the reports and their relevant version history commits, in order to evaluate their effectiveness to decide whether a bug is likely to be fixed by adaptive changes. Our case study results show that bug residency time, textual contents of the report, the component that the bug was found in, and reporter/commenter experience show significant differences between the bugs that are fixed by adaptive changes and other fixed bugs.

This study is aimed at exploring the effect of empowerment on creative work and entrepreneurship behavior. It is also aimed at identifying the mediating role of sharing knowledge between them. The relevant data were collected through a questionnaire from (9) Jordanian commercial banks, where (340) questionnaires were distributed to workers in the Jordanian commercial banks. In addition, a statistical analysis was used to show the relationship between the variables and draw the conclusions. The results of the study show there is an empowering effect on creative work behavior through knowledge sharing. Moreover, it also showed that there was an empowering effect on entrepreneurship through knowledge sharing. This study does, to a large extent, bridge the gaps within the literature and develops an understanding of how to empower employees in order to increase their creative behavior, make them entrepreneurs, and enhance the same through knowledge sharing. The results of this study indicate that there are certain important benefits for the workers in the banking industry which can be gained through facilitating more innovative behavior among their employees. The results also indicate that employee’s empowerment and enhancing knowledge sharing are essential to creative and entrepreneurial work behavior.
