The main objective of this article is to provide a theoretical and conceptual framework encompassing concepts such as the supply chain, and supply chain performance. Furthermore, it aims to examine empirical research on the relationship between the perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard and supply chain performance. Finally, the article intends to present the findings and engage in discussions. To achieve this, a positivist epistemological approach was adopted, employing a quantitative methodology. A sample of 85 companies from the automotive industry in Morocco was selected for this study. After data collection, the structural equation method was employed using Smart PLS 3 software to test and confirm the hypotheses as well as the research model proposed. In conclusion, the results of this study highlight the positive impact of the four perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard on supply chain performance within automotive industry companies in the northern region of Morocco.

The study relied on analyzing the relationship between several factors that represent technological factors (Technology orientation, Utilizing new knowledge Technology Adoption, Knowledge compatibility, Technological capabilities and Technological collaboration) as independent factors and the level of performance as a dependent factor in medium and small-sized companies in the UAE economy. The inferential approach was followed in the study by analyzing the significance of the sampling results that were reached using structural equations based on the Partial Least Squares method (Pls) using the Smart Plus package, which was used to analyze the path between the six factors as independent factors and the performance factor as a dependent factor. The study applied this methodology to a sample of 250 individuals working in medium and small-sized companies in the UAE economy. The study concluded that the most closely related to performance was Technological Collaboration with an effect size of 72.3%. However, the least related factor was Technology orientation, with an effect factor of 34.4%, while the correlation of the other four factors with performance was medium (between 50% and 63%).

The company always tries to improve competitiveness by improving company performance. Using upgraded digital technology makes it easier for internal and external companies to determine business strategies quickly and precisely. This study surveyed expedition companies in East Java, as many as 104 companies with the criteria of having a transportation fleet. Data collection using questionnaires and dissemination in collaboration with the Association of Express Delivery Service Companies, Post and Logistics Indonesia (ASPERINDO). Research respondents consist of employees or unit leaders who are competent in the substance of the survey. Data analysis uses the partial least square (PLS) method. The results showed that digital technology positively and significantly impacts supply chain collaboration, inventory management, and supply chain resilience. The company's ability to build supply chain collaboration impacts improving inventory management optimization, supply chain resilience, and supply chain performance. Furthermore, inventory management with the ability to control inventory well and on-time delivery does not impact supply chain resilience. However, good inventory management has a positive impact on supply chain performance. Likewise, shipping companies, by increasing supply chain resilience, have an impact on supply chain performance. The results of this study contribute to the theory of supply chain management and resource-based view. The practical contribution enlightens the middle and top management on the importance of digital technology with the suitability of investment and benefits obtained in improving supply chain performance.

The importance of information in achieving different organizational goals cannot be overstated since it ensures the rapid distribution of resources required to achieve desirable goals. The banking industry’s environment is incredibly dynamic and undergoes quick changes because of creativity, innovation, technological advancements, altered perceptions, and customer expectations. The center of the change curve is information and communication technology (ICT). Business organizations, particularly those in the banking sector, operate in a complex and competitive environment defined by shifting conditions and a volatile economic climate. Data for 20 MENA countries has been collected from the World Bank database between 1997 and 2021. Two-step System (Generalized Method of Moments) GMM were used to evaluate the influence of intrinsic features of individuals in a panel data set and avoid bias caused by omitted variables. The impact of the relationship between banks' performance and their use of ICT was evaluated in this study. The data analysis revealed that the impact of ICT on bank performance in MENA is positive. This suggests that a little shift in the banking industry's investment and adoption of ICT will result in a corresponding rise in profit levels.

This research adopts a contingency theory approach to explore the role of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) as a performance management system. Contingencies, including perceived environmental uncertainty and business strategy, are examined to understand their impact on BSC implementation and organizational performance, with a specific focus on the mediating role of the BSC. Conducting a survey among Jordanian manufacturers, the research gathered 312 usable responses out of 400 questionnaires, achieving a response rate of 78%. Theoretically, this study's framework contributed to management accounting literature by analyzing the impact of perceived environmental uncertainty and business strategy on BSC implementation. The study's findings will help understand the factors that could influence Jordanian manufacturing companies' BSC implementation. This study will also help businesses understand why they need to use BSC to get the right information for making decisions and improve the performance of their organizations.

In the rapidly evolving landscape of supply chain management, the advent of the metaverse presents a novel frontier with significant potential for enhancing operational effectiveness and excellence. This study aims to examine the effect of metaverse adoption on various dimensions of the supply chain, including resilience, agility, flexibility, and performance. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, the research analyzes survey data from a significant sample size of 737 organizations that have adopted metaverse technology into their supply chain operations. The employment of partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) offers a comprehensive understanding of the metaverse's role in enhancing the dynamism and efficiency of supply chains. This study contributes to the emerging field of digital transformation in supply chain management by providing empirical evidence on the effectiveness of metaverse technology. It bridges the gap in literature regarding the practical application of advanced digital solutions in enhancing supply chain operations and sets a foundation for future research in this area.

The aim of this study is to analyze how to improve the competitive advantage and performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in North Sumatra through marketing entrepreneurship and architectural innovation capabilities. The type of research is quantitative research. The study focused on UMKM in North Sumatra who offered the following categories of products: handicrafts, food and beverages, coffee shops, bakeries, fashion, clothing, and services. The research population consists of all 84,758 UMKMs in North Sumatra. As for the sample number ranging between 100 and 200, or at least 5 times the number of variable indicators, when using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The entire sample size for stage 1 was 102 SME samples from Medan city. To analyze the research data, the study used SmartPLS (Partial Least Squares). The findings of this study show that market orientation (MO) has a negative and insignificant impact on SME performance from data processing and hypothesis testing results. Entrepreneurship Marketing Architecture Innovation Capacity (EMAIC) has a beneficial and significant impact on Competitive Advantage (CA). The ability of Enterprise Marketing Architectures (EMAC) to innovate has a significant and beneficial impact on their success. Entrepreneurship orientation (EO) provides tangible proof of SME success through competitive advantage (CA). Corporate orientation has no direct impact on SME performance through competitiveness (CA).

The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between inspirational leadership and performance and the relationship between green supply chain management and performance improvement. This research method is quantitative. Research data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires via social media, the questionnaire was designed using statement items with a Likert scale of 1 to 7. The respondents for this research were 678 SMEs owners in Indonesia who were determined using the simple random sampling method. The data analysis technique for this research uses partial least squares (PLS) structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis with SmartPLS 3.0 software data processing tools. The stages of research analysis are validity testing, reliability testing and hypothesis testing (significance). The results of the research show that inspirational leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance. With the existence of inspirational leadership on HR performance it will have a positive effect if employees get trust and good examples from leaders, and employees get inspiration and motivation so they can create new innovations that make the company more advanced. Green supply chain management has a positive and significant effect on improving performance. The concept in green supply chain management provides the possibility for organizations to improve process efficiency, waste recycling management, the ability to attract new suppliers and consumers, organizations can save costs, reduce delivery times through collaboration with suppliers and consumers which can ultimately improve operational performance.

This research aims to reveal the role of three types of agility (employee agility, work method agility, and organizational agility) in improving company performance and profitability. In this research, a quantitative survey was carried out using a questionnaire adapted by the author based on learning agility and organizational agility theories. Five hundred and ninety-seven respondents from 25 companies, 13 sub-industries in Indonesia were taken as samples using the purposive sampling method. Data analysis was carried out using Smart PLS3. The research results show that the three dimensions of agile have a beneficial impact on the performance and profitability of the company. It was found that the impact of agile work approaches on corporate performance productivity and profitability was more significant than employee agility and organizational agility. These findings have implications for companies that implement agile work methods more optimally to improve company performance and profitability. Apart from that, companies also need to pay attention to the importance of developing employee skills and organizational flexibility amidst the swift transformations in the corporate landscape. This research contributes to management literature, especially in expanding understanding of the influence of agile dimensions on company performance and profitability.

Entrepreneurial Self Efficacy (ESE) has gained immense importance in the past few years in the field of entrepreneurship. The focus of this study is to test the effect of each of the five dimensions of ESE and understand their importance in connection with firms’ performance. This study was carried out among small businesses entrepreneurs in Pakistan and a valid sample of 353 entrepreneurs was selected for this purpose. A survey technique was used for data collection and AMOS was used for data analysis. In line with expectation, the analysis concluded a significant positive relationship between ESE dimensions and performance of small businesses. It was also concluded that the Risk dimension of ESE contributes majorly in the improvement of firms’ performance whereas the financial control dimension of ESE contribution was least. It is also suggested that all five dimensions of ESE are important to achieve desirable performance outcomes.
