This study was designed to identify and analyze the effect of perceived value, differentiation, and emotional branding on customer satisfaction and trust; non-recursive influence between customer satisfaction and customer trust of the vivo smartphone in Medan. Respondents consist of adults who use vivo smartphones domiciled in Medan. The analysis technique uses a structural equation model with the robust maximum likelihood method. Data processing is assisted by Lisrel software and the results indicate in case the direct effect coefficient of the same latent variable is positive in the non-recursive and recursive models, the coefficient will be higher in the recursive model. Therefore, it is important for vivo smartphone management to verify first, whether the relationship between customer satisfaction and trust is reciprocal. In case it is one way, where satisfaction affects customer trust, then the strategy or program of increasing perceived value and differentiation directly at customer satisfaction is more optimal. Furthermore, it will have an impact on customer trust since the satisfaction mediating effect is higher than the customer trust mediating effect in the recursive model. The program of increasing consumer trust with emotional branding through customer satisfaction is good, since the mediation of satisfaction is significant in both non-recursive and recursive contexts.

This study aims to analyze the effect of knowledge management on job satisfaction, analyze the effect of knowledge management on lecturer performance, analyze the effect of job satisfaction on lecturer performance, and analyze the effect of knowledge management on lecturer performance through job satisfaction. The number of samples in this study were 55 respondents. The analysis technique uses path analysis. The results of the analysis show that knowledge management had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Knowledge management had a significant effect on lecturer performance. Job satisfaction had a significant effect on lecturer performance. Knowledge management had a significant effect on lecturer performance through job satisfaction.

Competition in various companies encourages practitioners, entrepreneurs, and academics to examine the dynamization of business models. The dynamic study of this business model was driven by its dynamic environment. Dynamic moving environments require companies to be adaptive as quickly as possible. This adaptation encourages different firms to perform a certain strategy of excellence in the face of competition. Strategy Agility becomes a study of practitioners and academics due to its ability to predict and capture opportunities. One of the service industries faced with the dynamic environment within the company is the Logistic Service Provider. Fierce competition, the dynamic type of service, and rapidly changing technology encourage enterprises to always be agile in determining the direction to the business. The purpose of this research is to get a model of the relationship between strategic agility and competitive strategy as a moderator for the improvement of the firm performance. Methods used are quantitative methods. The research results describe the direct relationship between strategic agility and competitive strategy to the firm performance. However, when the competitive strategy is made as a moderator, strategic agility shows a negative effect.

This study aims to analyze the improvement of the welfare of cooperative members in a sustainable manner, which is influenced by the development of business strategies and the competence of members. The research was conducted at women's cooperatives in East Java Province, Indonesia. The research design uses a quantitative approach. Respondents in this study are members of active women's cooperatives who have their own businesses from cooperative capital. The questionnaire was distributed by directly meeting respondents or via email among 185 respondents who were members of active cooperatives. SEM analysis was used to determine the effect of competency variables on improving member welfare mediated by business strategies. The results of this study indicate that the welfare of cooperative members was largely determined by the competence of cooperative member business actors, but this welfare improvement will be more effective if business actors understand and implement business strategies even though on a small scale.

The paper investigates the Competitive Advantage in the Jordanian Commercial Banks (JCB) and its relationship with the Business Intelligence Systems (BIS) through the moderate influence of the Entrepreneurial Markets. Business Intelligence Systems (BIS), can extract a better knowledge for the performance and future gains for the organization. Therefore, it can pin point the impasse which in turn results in a suitable result for the problem in hand. As a result, the organization success will increase due to the efficiency of management performance. This study explores the Intelligent System (IS) relationship with Competitive Advantage (CA) through monitoring the moderating role of Entrepreneurial Marketing (EM). A survey is implemented for the data collection & analysis with 300 questionnaires, and (PLS) is used for the analyses. The results indicate that BIS was definitely related to Competitive Advantage, and EM moderated the connection between BIS and Competitive Advantage.

The purpose of this study is to analyze sharia microfinance strategies to encourage the economy at the community level such as the Integrated Business Centers (BMT) based on Sharia principles. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires on 283 BMT managers in Java. Using PLS analysis, strengthening corporate performance is measured by Islamic business ethics with intellectual capital as mediation. This model construct is unique and provides value in this study. The results showed that the strength of the external environment did not directly affect the performance of the BMT; Islamic business ethics and intellectual capital have positive and significant effects on BMT performance; and Intellectual capital is proven to mediate the indirect effect of the strength of the external environment and Islamic business ethics on BMT performance. Islamic Business Ethics in its application greatly supports the vision and mission of BMT. With the good implementation of Islamic Business Ethics, the level of customer confidence from BMT increases and will automatically increase BMT performance. Strength of the External Environment able to influence BMT performance after mediation from the Intellectual Capital. Intellectual Capital owned by BMT employees is an inseparable part and greatly supports BMT performance. This is evident in this study in which qualified intellectual capital from the employees had a good impact on improving BMT performance.

Strategists have unique skills and abilities to connect the past and the present in order to predict what might happen in the future. The current study is the culmination of a number of research ideas in the field of Strategic Thinking (ST), Strategic Planning (SP) and Strategic Innovation (SI) in relation of Human Capital (HC). The survey method was used to collect data from 235 SMEs in the manufacturing industry of Yemen. Results indicate that ST, SP and SI have a significant effect on HC. The mediating effects of HC on the relationship between ST, SP and SI and SMEs’ performance were also examined. Results indicate that HC mediates the relationship between ST, SP and SI and firm performance. The findings of this study offer important insights for managers of SMEs, researchers and policymakers to further understand the effects of ST, SP SI, HC and SMEs’ performance. SMEs should also be encouraged to develop their ST, SP, SI and HC to improve their performance. Finally, this study serves not only to clarify the mechanism between HC and SMEs’ performance, but also to generalize the ST, SP and SI results in the Yemen and Middle East context.

The availability of the internet and its usage has become accessible to all and it has contributed to the ease of employees avoiding work pressure and leading it for non-work-related matters, which is cyberloafing. It has caused many problems in organizations and the most affected are organization commitment. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of workload dimensions (psychological workload and physical workload) on organizational commitment. It also seeks to determine whether cyberloafing mediates the link between workload and organizational commitment. A survey was conducted on 304 employees of a mining company in Jordan. Descriptive statistics, correlation, multiple regression, and hierarchical regression analyses were performed to analyse the data using SPSS v23. The results showed that the workload significantly influenced the organizational commitment among the employees. Cyberloafing was found to partially mediate the link between both workload variables and organization commitment. The study was conducted in the mining industry in Jordan. Thus, future study is suggested to examine the model in other industries and countries.

This research aims at examining and determining the effect of experience quality on tourists’ behavioral intention either directly or by perceived value, happiness, and tourist satisfaction. The sample in this research includes 227 tourists visiting Dodola Island using purposive sampling technique. The analytical method to test the hypothesis in this research is SEM-PLS. The results show that Experience Quality, Tourist Satisfaction, and Happiness had positive and significant effects on Tourists’ Behavior Intention. Meanwhile, Perceived value did not have any significant effect on Tourist Behavioral Intention as Perceived Value was not able to act as a mediator on the effect of Experience Quality on Behavioral Intention. On the other hand, Perceived Value variable had a positive and significant effect on Tourist Satisfaction. Therefore, the increase in Tourist Satisfaction sourced from Perceived Value could affect behavioral intention. The results of further research also show that Tourist Satisfaction and Happiness could partially mediate the effect of Experience Quality on Behavioral Intention.

This study aims to analyze the effect of personality on organizational commitment mediated and moderated by deviant behavior and employee engagement. The study was conducted at PT. Smartfren Telecom, Tbk in Malang City, involving 105 respondents of frontline employees and the collected data were proceed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The finding shows that personality did not affect the enhancement of employee's organizational commitment directly. Instead, personality was able to indirectly affect organizational commitment through engagement and a good personality will decrease deviant behavior. While deviant behavior itself did not influence organizational commitment, neither mediate nor moderate the relationship between personality and organizational commitment. Meanwhile, employee engagement was able to mediate the influence of personality toward the organizational commitment, but not to moderate the relationship between the two variables. The study places deviant behavior, and employee engagement were used as the mediating and moderating variables on the effect of personality on the organizational commitment of frontline employees. The highlight of this study is that deviant behavior was not able to act as both the mediating and moderating variable on the influence of personality on organizational commitment.
