This study examines the impact of customer relationship management (CRM) practices and social media marketing (SMM) activities on customer retention among MSMEs in Aceh. It considers the dual role of social media in relationship management (CRM) and business engagement (SMM). Recognizing the widespread use of social media, the study explores different stages of its adoption and utilization in business. A formalized social media business profile is used as the moderating variable, defined by a firm's formal allocation of responsibility, outsourcing, funding, governance of social media, and broader changes to structure, processes, leadership, training, and culture. Data was collected from 565 MSMEs using questionnaires and analyzed with partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) and multi-group analysis. The results demonstrated a high predictive power of the model on customer retention. Within CRM, the findings indicated a significant difference in the effect of key customer focus on customer retention, with higher effects observed in MSMEs that do not formalize their social media business profiles. Additionally, technology-based CRM showed significantly higher effects on customer retention for those who formalize their social media profiles. Within SMM, the study revealed significant differences in the effects of customization and trendiness on customer retention, both of which were more pronounced in MSMEs without formalized social media profiles. Furthermore, word-of-mouth had a significantly higher impact on customer retention for MSMEs with formalized social media profiles. This research contributes theoretically by developing an integrated framework that identifies how key customer focus, CRM organization, knowledge management, technology-based CRM, customization, entertainment, interaction, trendiness, and word-of-mouth influence customer retention. It also explores the moderating effects of formalized social media business profiles on CRM practices and SMM activities within MSMEs.

This research has the aim of analyzing the relationship between the supply chain service quality variable and consumer satisfaction, analyzing the use of information technology variable on consumer satisfaction at the Immigration organization. This research method is associative quantitative research and aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. In this way, we can build a theory that functions to predict and control a phenomenon. The population in this study were all immigration organization employees. In this research, an analysis model is used, namely Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). In this study, the number of respondents was 613 immigration organization customers. The sampling technique used in this research is nonprobability sampling. In this research, the data collection method used was the questionnaire method. The instrument used to measure this research variable is a 5-point Likert scale. Data processing in this research uses SmartPLS software. The stages of data analysis in this research are the outer model test which includes convergent validity, discriminant validity and composite reliability as well as inner model analysis, namely hypothesis testing. Based on data analysis, it is concluded that Supply chain service quality has a positive and crucial impact on consumer satisfaction. The use of information technology has a positive and crucial impact on consumer satisfaction.

The Company should collaborate with supply chain members to support business process activities and increase competitiveness. Company collaboration with suppliers is essential in supporting the adoption of supply chain practices and total quality management to pursue product innovation and enhance business performance. This study investigates the role of supplier-buyer relationships in enhancing business performance through supply chain management practice, total quality management, and product innovation. The research surveyed 150 companies implementing total quality management with ISO certification in East Java. Data processing employs partial least squares using SmartPLS software version 4.0. The research found that supplier-buyer relationships positively and significantly influence supply chain practice by 0.800, total quality management by 0.438, and product innovation by 0.293. The company's ability to implement supply chain practices positively affects total quality management by 0.443, product innovation by 0.206, and business performance by 0.263. Total quality management adopted by manufacturing companies by obtaining ISO certification has an impact on increasing product innovation by 0.412 and business performance by 0.276. The company's ability to build a supply chain strategy to produce innovative products affects business performance by 0.446. The research results contribute practically to managers who build coordination with supply chain members, especially purchasing and marketing managers, to be able to read the capabilities and advantages of external partners to be communicated internally in the company—theoretical contribution in enriching supply chain strategy theory in increasing competitiveness.

Business incubators contribute to the development of entrepreneurship, innovation, and regional economy. However, in developing countries, implementation faces challenges and obstacles that threaten the success and sustainability of their operations. This research examines the influence of incubator resources, service capabilities, and government support on the success of business incubators. We conducted a national survey and used structural equation modelling analysis to test hypotheses on a sample representing seventy-six percent of the business incubator population in Indonesia, one of the developing countries in Asia. Empirical evidence shows that most incubators in Indonesia are non-profit, university-based, and technology business incubators. The incubator's resources and government support impact its service capabilities. However, the incubator's resources and government support do not directly impact its success. The novelty is that service capability acts as a full mediating variable on the influence of government support and incubator resources on the success of business incubators. The final section outlines managerial implications and future research directions.

This research aims to investigate the factors that affect the performance of national resilience, which are suspected to be related to the elements of territorial entrepreneurship leadership, knowledge sharing, territorial development, and national defense intentions. The sample consisted of 278 inmates in the context of national resilience. Primary data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to the sampled respondents. The data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with the help of the Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) software. The results of the data analysis indicate that the Territorial Entrepreneurial Leadership Strategy implemented thus far does not have a significant impact on the Territorial Development Strategy, State Defense Intentions, and National Resilience Performance. However, on the other hand, the Knowledge Sharing Strategy contributes significantly to enhancing the Territorial Development Strategy and National Resilience Performance. Similarly, it has been observed that the National Defense Intention plays a crucial role in improving National Resilience Performance. It can be concluded that the development of territorial communities needs to consider various strategies and factors, including leadership strategy, knowledge exchange, and national defense awareness, in order to achieve regional development goals and enhance national resilience comprehensively. Collaboration among local leaders, communities, and other stakeholders is key to designing and implementing effective programs in this context.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) face challenges in business growth and often face bankruptcy due to various factors, such as declining consumer demand for their products and the rapid advancement of digital marketing technologies. This shift in consumer behavior towards digital platforms has particularly affected MSMEs in Medan City, leading to prolonged closures. To address this issue, this study aims to investigate the effectiveness of content marketing and influencer marketing strategies, along with the role of banking guarantees, in mitigating bankruptcy risks for MSMEs in the region. Using data analysis via SmartPLS software, the findings reveal that while content marketing alone doesn't show a direct positive impact, it significantly contributes to banking guarantees. Additionally, influencer marketing plays a significant role in enhancing banking guarantees and mitigating bankruptcy risks. Moreover, banking guarantees serve as a crucial intervening variable, amplifying the impact of both content and influencer marketing strategies in overcoming bankruptcy challenges for MSMEs.

This study endeavors to explore the influence of amenities, accessibility, and attractions on tourists' inclination to revisit a destination area. Additionally, it aims to delve into the role of safety, comfort, and uniqueness as factors enhancing the relationship between amenities, accessibility, and attractions in fostering intention to revisit. This research holds significant promise in addressing pertinent issues within the tourism landscape of Indonesia, particularly within the captivating realm of Aceh Province. The data collection method employed a questionnaire technique, wherein questionnaires were distributed to a sample of 150 tourists through the online platform Google Form. The data analysis utilized Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis, employing Partial Least Squares (PLS) statistical software techniques. The findings from the data analysis indicate that amenities, accessibility, and attractions are key factors in shaping perceptions of safety and comfort. Interestingly, while amenities and accessibility do not seem to affect perceived uniqueness, attractions were found to have a notable influence in this regard. Moreover, the analysis revealed that accessibility directly impacts revisit intention. It is surprising, however, that perceived safety and comfort do not mediate the effects of facilities, accessibility, and attractions on revisit intention. Similarly, perceived uniqueness does not appear to mediate this relationship either. Research underscores the importance of amenities, accessibility, and attractions in shaping perceptions of safety and comfort. While amenities and accessibility may not impact perceptions of uniqueness, it is evident that attractions significantly influence this aspect. Overall, the research underscores the importance of amenities, accessibility, and attractions in shaping perceptions, with attractions notably influencing uniqueness perception.

The main problem of this research was that Shopee Express, one of the companies operating in a delivery service provided by an e-commerce platform, faced a significant challenge in keeping its existence and showed a decreased performance. This research empirically examined the influence of service quality and punctual delivery on customer loyalty through customer decision as the intervening variable in the logistic company Shopee Express case study. The sample of this research was the customers of Shopee Express, with as many as 203 respondents using the path analysis method. From the discussion, it was known that there was a significant influence of service quality and punctual delivery simultaneously on customer loyalty through customer decision, and there was a significant influence of customer decisions on customer loyalty. The implication of this research was the importance of Shopee Express Indonesia continuously improving its service quality and punctual delivery to enhance customer decisions and customer loyalty. The key finding of this research could give valuable insight to the company management in developing its strategy to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Food supply chain collaboration (FSCC) is a prevalent business strategy in developed countries. Despite the widespread adoption, there is still limited literature on FSCC in developing countries, including Indonesia. Therefore, the study aimed to analyze the factors of information sharing, relationship quality, and corporate shared value on supply chain collaboration and their effect on improving the competitiveness of rice main food products in Indonesia. The conceptual framework was developed from the Relational View theory as the basis for supply chain collaboration, which could prove beneficial in increasing the competitiveness of food products. The data were collected from three rice supply chain actors, namely farmers, rice milling units, and retailers, which were analyzed using partial least squares Structural Equation Modeling. The results showed that information sharing was the variable with the greatest effect on supply chain collaboration, followed by corporate shared value and relationship quality. Information sharing carried out by supply chain actors was due to dependence, trust, and commitment to relationships. Collaboration and information sharing among actors showed the potential to positively improve the competitiveness of rice main food products. These results provided valuable insights for food supply chain actors, emphasizing the importance of collaboration by considering economic, social, and environmental aspects.

The blue swimming crabs (BSC) fishing industry in Indonesia is heading towards an imbalance between demand and sustainability of its resources, a factor in supply. The mismanagement of traceability data and information in the supply chain is suspected to be one of the causes adding to the complexity of recent BSC fisheries management. This research aimed to identify BSC supply chain patterns and their issues, especially on two coastal regencies on the North Coast of the Java Sea. The research was conducted during June and December 2023 in Cirebon Regency and Rembang Regency. The study enlisted 70 participants, comprising fishermen, traders, processors, and exporters, with data acquisition facilitated through surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions. Respondent selection employed purposive sampling, while snowball sampling identified pertinent informants within the supply chain. Data analysis encompassed qualitative description and Likert-type scale perception analysis. The findings show that the BSC fishing industry on the North Coast of the Java Sea operates as small-scale fisheries (SSF), with unique vessel types, gear, and socioeconomic conditions crucial for livelihoods. Fishermen prioritize sustainability by using small vessels and traditional gear despite limited education. The BSC supply chain involves stakeholders offering high-value products, yet by-product utilization potential is untapped, requiring improved coordination and innovation. Challenges include export standards, market fluctuations, and product safety, addressed through regulatory support and collaboration. Government regulations, fishermen groups, and data traceability enhance market transparency and sustainability. Therefore, collective action and innovative approaches are vital for long-term economic prosperity and environmental stewardship in the BSC supply chain.
