The development of internet information technology has encouraged the presence of various application platforms that can be used for multiple needs. One application that is very widely used socially is the social media application. Through social media applications, users can share information according to their needs. The use of the internet also supports the use of streaming technology that makes it easier to carry out activities to watch movies online. The availability of information technology facilities and infrastructure makes it easier for people to get films. This study aims to study the influence of electronic worth of mouth on online customer loyalty through information sharing, perceived ease of use, and intention to use. This study collected data using questionnaires as many as 378 respondents of streaming technology users obtained from the spread of 1237 questionnaires, which means a response rate of 30.55%. Data analysis uses the partial least square technique to test the study's hypothesis. The results showed that electronic word of mouth directly affects perceived ease of use, intention to use, and information sharing. Perceived ease of use is based on the intention to use, information sharing, and customer loyalty. Information sharing directly affects the intention to use and online customer loyalty. The results also showed that intention to use impacts increasing customer loyalty. In addition to direct influence, the study's results showed that electronic worth of mouth indirectly affects online customer loyalty through information sharing, perceived ease of use, and intention to use. This research enriches the field of technology acceptance model with perceived ease of use, intention to use, and information sharing. Contributions to the theory of marketing behavior are related to electronic word of mouth and online customer loyalty. A practical contribution to companies engaged in the cinema and internet technology infrastructure providers is to sustainably apply streaming technology as a form of business that society uses.

This study investigates the application of the technology acceptance model (TAM) on the digital payment using social media platforms with the extended inclusion of perceived ease of use, perceived security, perceived usefulness, and trust in enhancing consumer behavioral intention. This work has surveyed 250 consumer films on the digital social media platform. Data collection used a questionnaire designed with a five-point Likert scale. The questionnaire was created using a Google Form, and questionnaire distribution was performed by sending the link through social media to the respondents. As many as 300 questionnaires were distributed, and 258 questionnaires were considered valid for further analysis. Data analysis used smartPLS software version 3.0. The result revealed that nine hypotheses were empirically supported while the others two were not supported. Perceived security directly affects trust and consumer behavioral intention. Perceived ease of use directly affects perceived usefulness and consumer behavioral intention. Perceived security indirectly influences consumer behavioral intention through trust and perceived usefulness. Furthermore, perceived usefulness directly affects trust and consumer behavioral intention. Besides, trust directly affects consumer behavioral intentions. Perceived ease of use indirectly affects behavioral intention through perceived usefulness. Moreover, perceived security affects consumer behavioral intentions indirectly through trust. Perceived ease of use influences perceived usefulness. However, perceived usefulness did not indirectly influence behavioral intention through trust. Finally, perceived ease of use did not affect consumer behavioral intention through perceived usefulness and trust. These findings extended the application of the technology acceptance model in using digital payment platforms in Indonesia. These findings reinforced current research on user adoption of new technology. Furthermore, this result provides a managerial implication for digital payment platforms providers to improve consumer behavioral intentions.

The use of mobile payments has become a public interest during the current spread of the coronavirus. The use of mobile payments prevents society from touching the payment media. This study examines the effect of ease of use on e-WOM through the intention to use and social media community on the mobile payment method. This research was conducted by taking data through closed questionnaires designed with a five-point Likert scale. This study distributed two hundred fifty questionnaires, and 202 returned to be processed using the partial least square (PLS) technique. The results of data processing show that the ease of use of technology applications had a positive effect on the intention to use an e-WOM. Ease of use of technology has a positive effect on the social media community because of the ease of operation and understanding of the steps for using technology to access and join as members of the social media community. Intention to use in the operation of technology and relatively low cost does not directly affect e-WOM but must go through a community on social media that provides an exciting atmosphere. The social media community has a significant effect on e-WOM. The social media community can share information on social media and share reviews between members so that it creates a sense of trust and mutual concern among members. This study provides an insight into the mobile payment provider to consider the ease of use of their design. This research contributes to the ongoing research in the online payment application study in the pandemic era.

Pandemic Covid-19 has resulted in disruption in various industry and business sectors. People spend more time at home than they do outside. People who like movies during this time can enjoy the cinema. However, during the covid-19 pandemic, it must be done online to follow strictly regulated restrictions on community activities to avoid the uncontrolled spread of the virus. As a result, streaming platforms with the advancement of internet technology are increasingly playing a role in providing online services for movie fans. This study investigated the effects of perceived ease of use, usefulness, enjoyment, and intention to use online platforms on behavioral intention in online movies during the Covid 19 pandemic. The questionnaires were distributed by sending google form links to respondents who have a streaming platform subscription in Indonesia. As many as 772 questionnaires were filled out completely and could be processed. Data analysis was done by using partial least squares with Smart PLS software. The results have shown that eight proposed hypotheses have been supported in this study. Perceived ease of use positively affects the perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, and intention to watch movies online. Furthermore, perceived usefulness affects perceived enjoyment and intention to watch movies online. Perceived enjoyment influences intention to use and behavioral intention. Finally, intention to use online platforms influences behavioral intention. This research contributes in theory to the technology acceptance model and provides film industry practitioners with insight into enhancing customer behavioral intention in the pandemic era.

ERP implementation requires a substantial investment and typically built through project management, which needs a rigorous and in limited time management. ERP implementation requires enormous efforts to implement because it involves all business functions in the organization and partners (ERP vendors and consultants) This paper aims to examine the impact of implementing an enterprise resources planning project on firm performance and organizational citizenship behavior as a moderating variable. The study has surveyed 61 respondents representing 61 manufacturing companies domiciled in the region of East Java, Indonesia, which has adopted an ERP system for more than five years. Survey used questionnaire designed with a five-point Likert scale. The respondent is the key user who is responsible for the success of the ERP system in its business functions of the company. Data analysis used SPSS version 25 to assess the indicator validity and examine the hypothesis developed. The result showed that the implementation of the enterprise resources planning project directly affected firm performance. Second, organizational citizenship behavior directly influences firm performance. Third, the implementation of the ERP project influences firm performance with organizational citizenship behavior as a moderator vari-able. This research provides an insight to project manager in building employee relationship to complete the projects on time. This study also enriches the current research in the supply chain theory.

Business competition is increasingly complex, and there are no clear boundaries between products, so company operational processes are needed efficiently and effectively. The performance achieved is obtained through the implementation of an integrated information technology known as ERP. ERP implementation requires a person in charge of a business function called a key user who understands business processes and collaborates with ERP system vendors. The study obtained data that can further process from 77 manufacturing companies in East Java by purchasing an ERP or self-development package. Data processing uses PLS to answer all research hypotheses. The results show that key user capability was able to have a direct effect on the effective design of business processes of 0.643 and integration data management of 0.373. In contrast, it had no direct impact on ERP suitability. Effective Design of Business Processes has an immediate effect on Integration Data Management of 0.338 and ERP suitability of 0.395. The results also show that Integration Data Management has a direct effect on ERP suitability of 0.462. The data processing results for the indirect effect showed that key user capability influenced ERP suitability through the effective design of business processes of 0.507. Key user capability affects ERP suitability through Integration Data Management, and it is obtained as much as 0.254. The last hypothesis, key user capability, influences ERP suitability through effective Design of Business Processes and Integration Data Management of 0.182. The study results provide theoretical contributions to ERP implementation success factors, while practical gifts give key users a good understanding of the company's business processes and ERP systems.

Today, the retail industry has been overgrowing in offering various products to its customers. The retailer needs excellent support from the supplier to replenish the requirement based on the demand. This support can be achieved by using a secure and fast information system. Retailers, suppliers, and customers should be integrated using information technology and also practicing supply chain management for the benefit of all parties. This study examined the influence of supply chain practices on retailer performance and moderated by information technology. The study has surveyed eighty-six (86) retailer, using a questionnaire, domiciled in the city of Surabaya, Indonesia. Data analysis used SPSS software version 25 to examine the hypothesis. The results showed that supply chain practices had a direct impact on retailer performance; secondly, information technology moderated the effect of supply chain management practices on retailer performance with an increase of 14.70%. Finally, information technology had an impact on increasing retailer performance. This research has an impact on modern retailers to keep adjusting their business with the use of information technology. This finding also contributes to the current research in supply chain management.

The manufacturing industry always tries to improve performance amid the trade globalization. Demand and supply uncertainty, and increasingly the intense competition, prosecute the presence of an affective leadership to integrate the company's internal and external resources in improving company performance. This research investigates the role of affective leadership in firm performance through an internally integrated system and external integration in FMCG companies. Data collection used questionnaires, designed with a five-point Liker scale, were distributed to 55 fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturing companies. The data analysis used the PLS technique utilizing smart PLS software to assess the validity and reliability of the outer model and to examine the hypotheses developed. The results of the hypothesis testing found that affective leadership can improve internal system integration, external integration, and firm performance. Internal system integration has an impact on external integration but is not strong enough to have a direct effect on firm performance. The internally integrated system has an influence on firm performance through external integration. The company's ability to share information with external partners can improve firm performance through demand fulfillment. The study provides a managerial implication on how to enhance firm performance in the context of internal and external system integration. The finding of this research enriches the current studies in supply chain management.

The use of social media becomes a common habit in today's community and routinely used to interact with the community member. Also, many companies used social media to create a social media community concerning the products and services provided to strengthen the company's brand. This study surveys as many as 231 respondents and data analysis uses the PLS method utilizing smart PLS software. The result reveals that the use of information technology that is getting faster with high-speed data accessibility enhances the intensity of interaction between the community member with the path coefficient value of 0.605. Furthermore, the use of information technology with high-speed data accessibility also increase the satisfaction of movie trailer viewers with the path coefficient value of 0.392 since it can provide excitement and entertainment. Besides, the increased use of information technology provides higher satisfaction to the audience. The results also show that the presence of a social media community could provide satisfaction for movie trailer viewers with a coefficient of 0.332. The availability of films in the community provides excellent interactive communication between users. This research has focused only on the use of information technology in the respondents who watch movie trailers and is limited to a region of East Java province, Indonesia. Further research is required to be performed, which focuses on different types of social media and context and needs to analyze the comment of the film viewer in order to provide a better benefit on the latest films and for the entertainment company.

This research aims to examine the influence of top management commitment on the operational performance through the mediating role of the green purchasing and ISO 14000 implementation. This study used a quantitative approach and collected data by distributing 70 questionnaires to textile companies located in the Central Java region, Indonesia. One respondent from the top management level, a manager or general manager represented each company. Off the 70, 48 questionnaires were returned and completed correctly. Data analysis used a partial least square (PLS) technique with SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results show that top management commitment has a significant influence on green purchasing, ISO 14000 implementation, and operational performance directly. The results also show that top management commitment also influences the operational performance through the mediating role of the green purchasing and the ISO 14000 implementation. Additional findings indicate that top management commitment contributes more influence on the operational performance through the mediating role of the green purchasing and the ISO1400 implementation than its direct influence. This study contributes to the current theory on supply chain management and paves the way for the practitioner in enhancing the operational performance of the textile industry.
