The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between digital leadership variables and supply chain performance, supply chain innovation and supply chain performance and the relationship between electronic human resource management (E-HRM) and supply chain performance. The research method used in this study is a quantitative survey method research design. The technique used in selecting samples in this study is simple random sampling. Data collection in this study was done online by distributing questionnaires through the Google Form platform and obtaining direct responses from respondents. The number of respondents studied was 786 small and medium enterprises (SMEs) owners in Indonesia. The study uses path analysis techniques for data and hypothesis testing. Statistical testing on the path analysis model can be done using the partial least square method. The study uses a Likert scale, which is categorized into five categories: (1) strongly disagree, (2) disagree, (3) neutral, (4) agree, and (5) strongly agree. Data analysis in this study used Smart Partial Least Square (SPLS) software version 3.00. Model evaluation in testing with SPLS consists of two stages, namely, evaluation of the outer model and inner model. The evaluation of the outer model consists of factor loading tests, Average Variance Extracted, cross-loading, Cronbach's alpha, and composite reliability, while the evaluation of the inner model consists of the coefficient of determination (R2), cross-validated redundancy (Q2), Goodness of Fit (GoF), and hypothesis testing. The results of this research analysis are that digital leadership has a positive and significant relationship with supply chain performance, supply chain innovation has a positive and significant relationship with supply chain performance and e-HRM has a positive and significant relationship with supply chain performance. Digital Leadership involves leaders who can drive digital transformation and implement innovative strategies to leverage digital technologies. This involves the ability to understand and leverage technologies such as artificial intelligence, etc. In addition, digital leadership also involves sensitivity to change and the ability to drive innovation, collaboration, and technology adoption across SMEs.

This study investigates the impact of introducing financial technology (Fintech) on increasing the financial viability of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) operating in the IT sector in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). By identifying the obstacles that SMEs experience while dealing digital transformation, this study aims to show how the emerging financial technologies, including digital banking, peer-to-peer lending, and AI applications, can drive enhancements in financial utilization and the innovation of banking products, cost-cuts, increased organizational productivity, and better client experiences. A quantitative research approach was implemented, and the research tool used was a structured questionnaire developed to capture respondents’ data from 250 respondents from SMEs in the UAE. Descriptive and inferential statistics of correlation and regression analysis were done using the stratified random sampling technique. Results indicated that fintech adoption enhances financial performance in SMEs. Specifically, increased accessibility shows a strong positive correlation with financial performance (r = 0.998, p < 0.01), while enhanced efficiency and improved customer experience also show strong correlations (r = 0.635, p < 0.01). The variable "Increased Accessibility" showed the most significant effect on the financial performance of SMEs, with a highly significant positive correlation and the strongest predictive value in the regression analysis. This study concludes that the implementation of fintech solutions offers significant opportunities for improving the financial performance of SMEs and recommends increased investment in fintech and appropriate regulation for that purpose.

In this digital era, collaborative management is needed to improve service quality and be supported by multiple stakeholder participation to provide optimal service. This research aims to investigate the role of collaborative governance in the quality of immigration services and the role of numerous stakeholder participation in the quality of immigration services. Investigate the correlation between supply chain service and service quality. This research method uses a quantitative method approach, research data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires via the Google Form platform. The questionnaire is designed to contain statement items on a Likert scale of 1 to 7. A 7-point Likert scale can minimize measurement errors and be more precise. The Likert scale used in this research is (1) strongly disagree, (2) disagree, (3) quite disagree, (4) Neutral, (5) quite agree, (6) agree, (7) Strongly agree. The respondents for this research were 567 senior employees of the immigration department in Indonesia who were determined using a simple random sampling method. Research data analysis uses the partial least squares (PLS) structural equation modelling (SEM) approach with data processing tools using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The variables in this research are the dependent variables, namely collaborative governance, and multiple stakeholder participation and the dependent variable is the quality of immigration services. The stages of data analysis are validity testing, reliability testing and significance testing of hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion that have been presented in this research, this research uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method for data analysis, it can be concluded as follows, it is concluded that collaborative governance has a positive and significant relationship to the quality of immigration services, multiple stakeholder participation has a positive and significant relationship to the quality of immigration services. Supply chain service has a positive and significant relationship with service quality. Implementing collaborative governance can encourage improvements in the quality of immigration services. Implementing multiple stakeholder participation can encourage improvements in the quality of immigration services.

As one of the busiest airports in the world, organizational performance is the main focus. Problems that occur in organizations are many employees who complain about their work, employees who cannot fully comply with applicable regulations and policies, many employees who often come late to the office and do not comply with working hours according to the work times determined by the company. This research aims to analyze and test the influence of Quality of Work Life (QWL) and Knowledge Management on Organizational Citizenship Behavior which is mediated by Job Satisfaction, moderated by Knowledge Sharing and Self Efficacy at Angkasa Pura. The population in this research was Angkasa Pura Indonesia employees, totaling 151 people. The sample used was 110 employees which was calculated based on the Slovin formula. The sampling method uses convenience sampling. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. This research method uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis method using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The research results show that the quality of work life has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Quality of work life and Knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Job satisfaction is unable to mediate the influence of quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior. Job satisfaction is able to partially mediate the influence of knowledge management on organizational citizenship behavior.

This paper examined technology information as the factor that drives productivity among Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), particularly the effect of innovation on the performance of SMEs and the effect of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Technology on industrial performance. The mediation of CRM Technology on the effect of innovation on company performance was examined as well. Survey questionnaire was distributed online to 544 firms, and data were analyzed through structural equation models using Amos version 23. Results show that innovation increases productivity (performance) of small businesses and plays a positive role on information systems. However, innovation had an insignificant role on industrial Performance. Meanwhile, CRM Technology shows no mediation in the relationship between innovation and performance. Generally, results proved the significance of innovation in enhancing company performance.

The objective of this research was to gain a deeper comprehension of how individuals perceive and respond to cybersecurity and how various internal and external factors influence these behaviors and attitudes. Conducted at ABC organization in Saudi Arabia, the study employed the qualitative methodology. Two online focus groups were employed featuring open-ended questions. The data were subsequently analyzed thematically using inductive and deductive coding techniques. Several theories were used as theoretical lenses to analyze the data. After the collected data had been analyzed, three main themes emerged: (a) perceived safeguards and threats, (b) personal and professional experience in information security, and (c) necessity of education and raising awareness. Additionally, two sub-themes were revealed: (a) costs and benefits and (b) necessity of safeguard measures and attaining trust. The study’s identified themes and sub-themes offer a thorough comprehension of the demographic, social, cultural, and internalized factors influencing cybersecurity-related behavior. The identified themes could potentially be applicable to other settings. Future qualitative research could further explore the transferability of these findings by conducting similar studies in different organizational, cultural, and linguistic contexts. It is also recommended for future quantitative research to delve deeper than surface-level data and consider underlying meaning, factors, connections, or relationships that may skew the results. It is crucial to delve into hidden meanings, not just accept data at face value.

The automotive industry faces significant challenges stemming from market instability and supply chain complexities. This study examines how proactive risk management, collaboration with OEMs, and the adoption of digital tools influence supply chain performance in the Moroccan automotive sector. Survey data from 135 industry experts were analyzed using a structural equation modeling approach to test three hypotheses. The results show that proactive risk management significantly enhances service levels, while collaboration with OEMs strengthens risk management practices. Additionally, digital tools facilitate collaboration, albeit with a moderate overall effect. This research offers actionable insights for addressing uncertainties in automotive supply chains.

This research endeavors to dissect the intricate dynamics surrounding the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, specifically examining the influence of logistics and distribution efficiency, with a nuanced emphasis on the mediating role played by supply chain dynamics. Employing a quantitative methodology, the study administered questionnaires to MSME owners or managers, employing linear regression and mediation analysis techniques for data interpretation. The findings of this study illuminate a positive influence of both logistics and distribution efficiency on supply chain dynamics, subsequently fostering the expansion of MSMEs. A noteworthy revelation is the discerning mediating effect of supply chain dynamics, acting as a pivotal link between the efficiency of logistics and distribution processes and the substantial growth of MSMEs. This underscores the paramount importance of supply chain dynamics as a fundamental catalyst for the sustainable development of MSMEs. The novelty of this research lies in its innovative mediation approach, shedding light on the internal mechanisms that intricately connect logistics and distribution efficiency to MSME expansion. By delving into these relationships, the study offers a fresh perspective on how MSMEs can strategically bolster their growth trajectories. The practical implications are substantial, suggesting that a concentrated effort on optimizing supply chain management could serve as a strategic linchpin for supporting the expansion and sustainability of MSMEs in Indonesia. This study contributes valuable insights to the ongoing discourse on MSME development, advocating for a holistic strategy that encompasses logistics, distribution efficiency, and supply chain dynamics to fortify the foundations of sustainable growth.

The goal of this research is to test the mediating effect of product symbolism on the relationship between conspicuous consumption and social identity formation in the branded clothing sector of young adults. Young adults between the ages of 20-35 who wear branded clothes in Sri Lanka were considered the target population. The data was collected through a survey to find answers to the identified research questions through a quantitative approach. The Snowball sampling method was used as the sampling method for this study. The Sobel Test was carried out using an online calculator to measure the statistical significance of the mediation. The results showed that the effect of conspicuous consumption on social identity formation mediated through product symbolism could be judged as statistically significant. The findings can help with market segmentation and brand positioning. Knowing these symbolic value attachments to branded clothes, marketers can create their marketing mix strategies to provide solutions for self-image enhancement and sustainable competitive advantage from both consumer and company points of view.

Formative policy evaluation is an assessment process carried out periodically during policy implementation to ensure that the policy is running according to the expected objectives. Consistency in development planning includes continuity and harmony between short-, medium- and long-term plans. A smooth supply chain refers to the effectiveness and efficiency of the flow of goods and services from producers to consumers. The level of community welfare is measured through economic, social and health indicators. This research aims to analyze the influence of formative policy evaluation and consistency of development planning on the smooth running of the supply chain and its implications for the level of community welfare in Kebumen. This research uses quantitative methods with survey techniques involving respondents from various related sectors in Kebumen. Data was collected through questionnaires and in-depth interviews, then analyzed using statistical methods to test the proposed hypotheses. The research results show that formative evaluation of policies and consistency of development planning have a positive and significant influence on the smooth running of the supply chain. Apart from that, a smooth supply chain has been proven to contribute significantly to increasing the level of welfare of the people of Kebumen. These findings underline the importance of continuous formative evaluation and consistent development planning to support supply chain efficiency and improve community welfare. The implication of this research is the need for the Kebumen regional government to strengthen policy evaluation mechanisms and maintain consistency in development planning to ensure a smooth supply chain which ultimately improves community welfare.
