This research used a quantitative method designed based on positivism to examine the determinants of revisit intention on rafting tourism MSMEs in Bali Mediated by trust and brand love. Data were collected from 328 Indonesian Tourists with rafting history using questionnaires. The data collected were descriptively and inferentially analyzed using SPSS_29 and SEM with SmartPLS_3 software, respectively. The results showed that 1) The effect of Attitude, perceived risk, trust, and brand love, on revisit intention had a positive significant, while the effect of service quality had a positive insignificant; 2) Trust is positively and significantly influenced by attitudes, service quality, and perceived risk; 3) brand love is positively and significantly influenced by attitude; 4) Trust is able to partially mediate the influence of attitude, perceived risks, on revisit intention, while on the effect of service quality on the revisit intention is full mediation; 5) Brand love plays a role in mediating influence of attitude towards revisit intention. Theoretically, contributed to the enrichment of the Theory of Planned Behavior, Experiential Marketing, and Risks. In conclusion, practical implications are needed to educate managers on how to make rafting very memorable, hire guides who master the terrain, determine affordable prices, manage brand, and make rafting tours in Bali more attractive to increase intention to revisit. Practical implications for local governments for the accuracy of data on the number of visits require an integrated and connected system, as well as the need for guaranteed protection and security for tourists.

The aim of this research is to investigate the repurchase intention of online customers at e-commerce merchants. The study investigates three factors; perceived risk, perceived usefulness, and online trust through collecting samples from 128 college students in the Online Learning program in Jakarta. The analysis technique used is SEM-PLS, with the guidance of the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of the study confirm that perceived risk had a negative effect on online trust and repurchase intention. Perceived usefulness has a positive impact on online trust and repurchase intention. Lastly, online trust influences repurchase intention in e-commerce merchants.

The aim of this paper is to discuss and to examine the impact of the factors on Vietnamese consumers’ online shopping intention based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). The questionnaire was sent directly to the respondents and through the Internet. After 5 months collecting, there were 423 valid replies being analyzed. The data were analyzed in accordance with the process from Cronbach's Alpha to EFA and multiple regression technique. The results showed that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude and subjective norm had positive effects on consumers’ online shopping intention. While the factor of perceived risk had a negative effect on consumers’ online shopping intention.

The industrialisation and urbanisation have made goods affordable and quickly to obtain. These create hyper-consumption where we use to buy more than what we need, and so fast discard the things that we buy. Access-based consumption is a trend that gains more popularity in today’s society, in which consumer can have access to new and various items without having to own them. One of the access-based consumption is renting, and this concept has been applied in many sectors such as fashion, property and recently it has been applied in items for children since more Millennials are living in limited space and they need to choose which product to own. The study aims to investigate the relationship between perceived risk, frugal shopping, perceived enjoyment and attitude toward renting items for children. The online questionnaire was administered to 100 participants. The results show that psychological risk affects attitude negatively, perceived enjoyment influences on attitude positively, and frugal shopping has some impact on perceived enjoyment and attitude positively. Marketing strategies are suggested for renting business owners by embracing the enjoyment feeling from renting. It is important to promote the benefit of getting new items regularly without having to buy them more often and the benefit of playing and using items beyond their usual shopping budget.

The moderating role of influencer endorsement and perceived monetary benefits on the relationship between perceived risk and financial artificial intelligence services was explored in this study. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 200 respondents who were selected using a purposive sampling method. The respondents were customers receiving financial artificial intelligence services in Jordan. Analysis was performed using a structural equation modeling approach run by Smart-partial least squares (PLS) 3.2.9 involving data from 138 returned questionnaires. The results show a negative impact of perceived risk on financial artificial intelligence services, and a moderation effect of influencer endorsement and perceived monetary benefits on the relationship between perceived risk and financial artificial intelligence services. The findings can assist companies in their strategies of decreasing perceived risks that individuals could be encouraged to utilize business intelligence applications, for instance, financial technology services.

Struggling airlines can save cost and improve profits by selling tickets online. While global sales of air e-tickets have grown over time, they are mostly from advanced nations. In developing markets like Malaysia, e-ticket sales are substantially lower. Hence, this study sets out to examine the factors that determine consumers’ intentions to buy air e-tickets. The factors include the disadvantage and advantage of buying air e-tickets, represented by perceived risk and perceived usefulness, respec-tively. The results show that Malaysian consumers’ perceptions of risk outweigh the perceived use-fulness of e-ticketing, and negatively affect intentions to buy air e-tickets. Perceived risk also has a negative effect on perceived usefulness, making usefulness insignificant to buying intention online. These findings imply that for Malaysian consumers, perceived risk far outweighs perceived usefulness where intention to buy air e-tickets is concerned.

Social commerce is an effective instrument for enterprises aiming to expand their customer base and enhance revenues. By mastering the implementation of social media platforms (SMPs) and surmounting the accompanying hurdles, brands may achieve significant achievements in social commerce. The article investigates the impact of social commerce information sharing (SCIN) on purchase intention and perceived risk in Turkey. This examines the influence of SCIN on customer relationship quality (CRQ) dimensions, including brand trust, commitment, and satisfaction. The study precisely intends to investigate the mediating of CRQ dimensions in the relationship between SCIN and purchase intention. The study also examines the mediator role of perceived risk in the relationship between SCIN and purchase intention. Also, the study examines how online reviews moderate the relationship between SCIN and customer outcomes such as purchase intention and perceived risk. The current study employs a sample of 314 participants from Turkey to explore the relationship between SCIN, brand trust, commitment, satisfaction, purchase intention, and perceived risk. The proposed conceptual model is tested using the Structural Equation Modeling-AMOS statistical approach. The results show that SCIN strongly predicts perceived risk, purchase intention, and CRQ dimensions, such as brand trust, commitment, and satisfaction. Furthermore, the study reveals that perceived risk does not directly mediate the relationship between SCIN and purchase intention. Instead, it confirms that purchase intention is a significant consequence of CRQ dimensions and perceived risk. The results also indicate that online reviews do not moderate the relationship between SCIN and customer outcomes, such as perceived risk and purchase intention. In summary, this study underscores the pivotal role of SCIN in influencing the decision-making process of Turkish customers, particularly in the context of making purchases. The findings carry significant practical implications for marketers of SMPs aiming to influence Turkish consumers, providing valuable insights to enhance their strategy in the Turkish market.

The objective of this research is to determine the factors that can effectively predict adoption of mobile commerce in Nigeria. In doing this, 192 questionnaires were analyzed using Smart PLS-SEM. While majority of previous studies revealed negative relationship between perceived risk and system usage, the result of this study however indicated a positive relationship with mobile commerce adoption especially with the incorporation of perceived fun that tends to make mobile commerce platforms to be enjoyable. The study provides further insights into how perceived risk and fun can be used to increase the rate of adoption of mobile commerce by coming up with policies that can be used to improve the platform while marketability of mobile commerce can be enhanced.

Energy efficiency is one of the critical aspects, because the hotel sector has significant energy consumption and has an impact on environmental information. Energy efficiency helps reduce operational costs. By reducing excessive energy consumption, hotels can set a good example of responsible and sustainable business practices. It is important to understand the factors that affect energy efficiency. Some of the relevant factors are knowledge sharing, risk perception, and environmental information. This study aims to analyze the effect of knowledge sharing, risk perception, and environmental information factors on energy efficiency in the hospitality industry. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The number of samples used in this study were 176 hotel managers in Indonesia. Questionnaires were distributed to respondents using a Likert scale of 1 to 7. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS software. The research results conclude that knowledge sharing, perceived risk, and environmental information have a significant influence on energy efficiency in the hospitality industry. Well-informed consumers tend to be more aware of the impact of their decisions and actions on environmental information, so they are more likely to choose hotels that adopt sustainable and energy efficient practices. In addition, the perception of risk also affects energy efficiency in the hospitality industry. Consumers who perceive risks associated with low sustainability or negative environmental information impacts are less likely to choose the hotel. Environmental information factors also play an important role in energy efficiency. Hotels that have an environment that supports and facilitates sustainable practices have the potential to achieve higher energy efficiency.

Advancement of banking and financial investment has led to the rapid expansion of services automation. The consistent increase of Artificial Intelligence (AI) usage in investment management implies the impending popularity of technology-based service. This study examined influencer endorsement and perceived security benefits as moderators to the relationship between perceived risk and financial AI services. Questionnaires were disseminated to 300 respondents who were customers with experience of using financial AI services in Jordan, and they were chosen through purposive sampling method. Structural equation modeling run using Smart-partial least squares (PLS 3.3.6) was employed in analyzing the data obtained from 220 completed questionnaires. The results show that perceived risk negatively affects financial AI services, while influencer endorsement and perceived security moderate the relationship between perceived risk and financial AI services. This study provides insight to companies on how to reduce perceived risk to encourage people to use business intelligence applications, as in the use of financial technology services.
