This study aimed at examining the impact of E-HRM on organizational health. It focused on telecommunications companies operating in Jordan. Data were primarily gathered through self-reported questionnaires created in Google Forms and distributed to a purposive sample of senior managers via email. AMOSv24 was used to test the study hypotheses. The results of the study show that E-HRM has a positive impact on organizational health. Based on the obtained results, the researchers recommend managers and decision-makers of the telecommunications companies in Jordan to invest in electronic human resources systems, which can help them fully implement human resources practices electronically, to obtain economic savings and to be able to attract talents. The study also highlights the importance of focusing more on the electronic training and development process in order to raise individuals’ practical capabilities, which is reflected in their creativity.

Customers' online shopping intentions have not changed in response to technological advancements, making it difficult for businesses and marketers to invent new strategies to maintain long-term relationships with customers and encourage them to repurchase despite unprecedented technological advancements around the world. Following these issues, the current study investigated how M-CRM, Perceived Ease of Use, and Perceived Usefulness influenced Post-Purchase Behavior, as well as how Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness mediated the relationship between M-CRM and Post-Purchase Behavior. The study introduces the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology as a theoretical framework to accomplish this goal. The 239 responses were evaluated using Smart Partial Least Squares after the data was obtained from a random sample of Jordanian consumers. M-CRM, as well as Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness, had a beneficial influence on post-purchase behavior, according to the data. Perceived Usefulness and Ease of Use The relationship between M-CRM and Post-Purchase Behavior was impacted by usefulness. Companies might use these facts to develop a marketing strategy for Jordanian customers.

This study aims to empirically investigate the most influential factors that affect the adoption of Mobile commerce (m-commerce). in Jordan. The factors explored in this study are: Perceived Risk (PR), Perceived enjoyment (PE), perceived ease of use (PEOU), relative advantage (RA), and social Influence (SI). A conceptual framework was proposed to show relationships between variables. Data was collected using surveys collected from 358 participants. Hypotheses were tested using a Structural Equation Modeling [SEM] and the results showed that all independent variables being investigated had significant effects on users' intention to adopt mobile commerce in Jordan. Based on the research findings, several recommendations and implications were reported for academics and companies. Suggestions for future research were also provided.

Substantially, the theory of e-government public value (PV-EGOV) has been treated as a hot topic to be explored insightfully. This research comes to be considered as the launching point to empirically evaluate the creation of PV-EGOV in Jordan. The main aim of this research is to investigate the factors affecting the PV-EGOV in the context of Jordan. Information System Success Model (IS success model) was selected to determine the factors affecting the e-government public value in Jordan through the quality factors (system, information, and service) and their role in citizens' intention in use and satisfaction of the e-government. The structural Equation Model (SEM) approach was harnessed to obtain the results. The results indicated that the most critical determinant factor that affected the PV-EGOV was service quality. The current article has theoretical and practical implications for public institutions in Jordan. The future work trends are established in their specific section of this article.

This study aimed to determine the intention of ATM users in Jordan to use internet banking services by investigating the effect of web-related features on their intention to use internet banking. The study sample was randomly selected. The results indicated that the level of internet banking usage among employees who use the ATM service is still underutilized. Also, computer self-efficacy significantly mitigated the effect of perceived risk, website quality, and perceived benefit on customers' intent to use online banking but did not significantly mitigate the impact of perceived use and compatibility on customers' intent to use online banking. The results can be useful for commercial banks that have implemented online banking in all their applications or are planning to do so. The study also provides benefits to academic researchers interested in the topic researched, commercial banks, commercial bank customers.

This paper investigates the impact of post-purchase user generated content (UGC) and traditional reference groups on the purchase intentions for electronic products (e-products) among young consumers in Jordan. To achieve this, a descriptive methodology was adapted, with a quantitative approach and survey strategy utilizing a five-point Likert scale questionnaire distributed to 450 university and college students in Jordan. 400 filtered and screened copies underwent statistical analyses. SPSS version 21 was utilized to describe and analyze the data. The results revealed a strong impact of post-purchase UGC on purchase intentions of e-products among young consumers. The results also revealed that traditional reference groups have a lower significant impact on the purchase intentions of young consumers, indicating that young consumers rely on online communities more than they rely on family, friends, colleagues, and other social organizations. The findings are discussed with a view to their implications, with recommendations for future research.

The purpose of this research is to look into the drivers that influence whether or not users will use e-training. The research identified six elements that influence e-training intention to use: perceived ease of use (PEU), computer and internet self-efficacy (CIS), perceived usefulness (PUS), interaction (INT), technical support (TEC), and management support (MGS). Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to a sample consisting of employees in private universities to test six hypotheses related to these factors. The results showed that four of these factors, i.e., perceived ease of use (PEU), computer and internet self-efficacy (CIS), perceived usefulness (PUS), and technical support (TEC) are key drivers of e-training intention to use. Results are discussed and conclusion is reported.
