The purpose of this study is to identify factors that impact the performances of the insurance companies listed on ADX. Factors employed in this study include liquidity, general and administration expenses, risk, size, tangibility and age. The annual financial statements of all seventeen insurance companies listed on ADX covering the period 2013-2019 were sampled and analyzed through a panel regression. The analysis indicates that corporate age is the most significant positive factor that determine the profitability of the insurance companies listed on ADX. The durability of the insurance company in the GCC countries suggests that the firm has created good image, attract more customers, increased revenues to cover expenses and make profit. Thus, age is an important positive factor of the performance of insurance companies listed on ADX. Moreover, it is obvious that dissatisfied customer with the service of an insurance company will not only cease dealing with it, they deliver bad news about it by using the word of mouth and the powerful social media that play efficient role in formulating the image about the company. The outcome of this study might help investors in formulating their decision to invest in an insurance company. For instance, it helps them to focus on the age of the insurance company before they make their decision.

This paper presents an empirical investigation to determine the key criteria that viral marketing practitioners believe should be implemented to measure about the success of viral marketing campaigns in insurance industry. The study designs a questionnaire in Likert scale where the effects of four independent variables, personal, message, media and tools characteristics are measured on an Iranian insurance firm’s reputation as well as service expansion. Cronbach alphas were measured for all components of the survey and they were all well above the minimum acceptable level. Using regression analysis, the study has determined positive and meaningful relationships between insurance firm’s reputation as well as service expansion and four independent variables.

This paper presents an investigation on the effects of various components of justice including distributive justice, interactional justice and procedural justice on building a mutual trust among customers in insurance firms. The proposed study of this paper uses a questionnaire originally developed by Daniels [Daniels, N. (1996). Justice and justification: Reflective equilibrium in theory and practice (Vol. 22). Cambridge: Cambridge University Press.] and designs a questionnaire for measuring trust. The study was performed among 384 people who had used insurance services in city of Tehran, Iran. Cronbach alphas for two questionnaires of justice and trust are 0.799 and 0.935, respectively, which are well above the minimum acceptable level. Using Spearman correlation test, the study has detected that two justice components, interactional justice and procedural justice, positively influence on customers’ trust, significantly.

In this paper, we present an empirical investigation to study the effect of various factors influencing customer loyalty and quality of services on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The proposed study is implemented in one of Iranian insurance firms by choosing a sample of 171 randomly selected customers of this insurance firm. We use SERVQUAL standard questionnaire to measure customer satisfaction. The study examines three hypotheses associated with the proposed study using one-way t-student as well as path analysis, and the results have confirmed all three hypotheses. The study also uses Freedman test to rank the most important factors and detects that value was the most important issue followed by trust, customer satisfaction, empathy, value and resistance to change.

The recent trend on competition among insurance firms has increased motivation to look for important factors influencing this industry. In this paper, we present an empirical investigation to find important factors shaping this industry. The proposed study designs a questionnaire in Likert scale and, using principal component analysis, detects important factors on the success of this industry. Cronbach alpha is calculated as 0.849, and Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin and Bartlett & apos; s Test are calculated as 0.873 and 12744 with (Sig. =0.000), respectively. The study has detected four important factors including quality of service casualties, sales improvement and advertisement, quality of issuance of insurance policies and quality of work force.
