The study aimed to know the positive impact of TQM, EO, and OI on OP, in addition to the indirect impact of TQM, EO, and OI on OP when using CA as an intermediary variable. The study sample consisted of all (307) employees in senior and middle departments working in total quality. Random sampling was the sampling technique strategy used in this study. For the measurements in this investigation, a closed questionnaire from previous research was used. The primary data analysis technique in this study was to evaluate the measurement model and structural model using SmartPLS (4.01). The discriminant and convergent validity of the measurement model was assessed. The results of the study show that in addition to having a direct and positive effect on OP, TQM, EO and OI also have an indirect and positive effect on OP when CA is used as a mediating variable. According to the study, OI, TQM, and EO should receive equal attention from major local industrial enterprises operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As one of the most important management strategies for advancing management thought, large local Saudi industrial companies should also implement and ensure the success of a management program. Comprehensive quality and pioneering orientation. These strategies have been proven to be successful in helping organizations solve problems related to productivity or service quality.

Environment concerns are now important for every business, especially manufacturing concerns due to imposing regulation regarding ecological performance. The quantitative study aims to investigate the impact of factors including green performance management and appraisal, green training and development and green compensation and reward on firm sustainable development of the manufacturing sector in Saudi Arabia. Furthermore, determine the mediating role of green innovation and green transformation leadership. Therefore, the role of these variables in causing actions of sustainability, through the purposive sampling we applied the administration of an online questionnaire to a sample of 350 employees of different levels from 40 manufacturing concerns. The study findings discovered that green human resource management practices positively influence firm sustainable performance. Additionally, the results indicated that green innovation and transformational leadership play an affirmative role in sustainable performance. Green innovation and transformational leadership partially mediate the link between green human resource management practices and firm sustainable performance. This study's findings provide a platform for policymakers and researchers in manufacturing firms to put green human resource-based approaches into practice to strengthen the employees’ environmental commitment and enhance sustainable performance. On the other hand, this study has given a holistic vision of green human resource management practices, green innovation, transformational leaders, and sustainable performance. This research can be reflected as a rock on which other research projects will be built and provide empirical evidence regarding the connection.

The Climate Disclosure Standards Board (CDSB) initiated the standards for sustainability and transparency in corporate reporting, which may be termed Green Accounting Standards (GAS). GAS encourages sustainable decision-making among businesses and practitioners. The present study explores the role of GAS on environmental sustainability in the firms located in the Alkharj governorate. Moreover, the mediating of social performance is also investigated in the relationship between GAS and environmental sustainability. For this purpose, a questionnaire is used to collect the data from accounting practitioners, and 224 valid responses are collected from the survey. The results of PLS-SEM show that GAS improves the environmental sustainability and social performance of the firms. Moreover, social performance also improves environmental sustainability. Thus, GAS promotes resource efficiency by tracking resource use and waste generation, which could be helpful in identifying opportunities for reducing environmental footprints. Thus, it also facilitates monitoring environmental performance in Alkharj to identify the areas needing improvement. Furthermore, GAS also improves social performance by recognizing social costs and engaging stakeholders, which are also facilitating more socially responsible decisions. Based on the results, the study recommends the firms in Alkharj governorate adopt GAS to improve environmental sustainability and social performance.

This study extends the Dellon-McLean model by including training quality as a key factor in the success of Management Information Systems (MIS) in the banking sector of Saudi Arabia. The aim of the study is to investigate the relationship between quality of information, systems quality, training quality and organizational performance. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data from employees in the banking sector. The results show a significant positive relationship between information quality, system quality, training quality, and organizational performance. Training quality emerged as the most important determinant of organizational performance. The findings suggest that organizations should invest in improving training quality to improve their MIS and improve overall organizational outcomes. This information helps to understand the factors affecting MIS success and provides useful implications for organizations seeking to optimize their information systems.

The study aims to investigate the moderating role of Organizational Readiness (OR) in the relationship between Supply Chain Agility (SCA) and Blockchain Adoption Intention (BAI) among these SMEs, drawing on the Resource-Based View (RBV) theory. The study adopts a positivist approach and a cross-sectional design to explore how organizational readiness moderates blockchain adoption in Saudi SMEs. It uses a quantitative methodology, surveying decision-makers from SMEs engaged in supply chain activities to gather data. Data analysis is performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The study's findings indicate that Operational Supply Chain Transparency (OSCT) impacts Supply Chain Alignment (SCL), Supply Chain Adaptability (SCD), SCA, and BAI. Moreover, there is a positive influence of SCL on SCD and SCA. SCA also significantly influences BAI. Furthermore, the moderation analysis shows that OR significantly affects the SCA-BAI relationship, indicating that higher OR amplifies the positive impact of supply chain agility on blockchain adoption intention, underscoring the critical roles of supply chain factors and OR in blockchain adoption among SMEs. Based on the RBV theory, the study delves into how constructs like SCL, OSCT, SCD, and SCA are influenced by blockchain technology. It assesses the extent to which these factors would impact the propensity of SMEs to implement blockchain yet explores the moderating influence of OR on this dynamic.

This research endeavors to ascertain the extent to which a knowledge-centered culture fosters the propensity for knowledge sharing within private universities. Furthermore, it seeks to discern the specific facets of the Big Five Personality Traits model that wield a moderating influence on the intricate nexus between knowledge-centered culture and the inclination to share knowledge. The methodology entailed the judicious application of stratified proportionate random sampling to solicit data, with academic staff from private universities constituting the respondent pool. The acquisition of research data transpired through the administration of a self-conducted questionnaire. The outcomes of this investigation unveil a positive correlation between a knowledge-centered culture and the propensity for knowledge sharing—a pivotal finding with far-reaching implications. Moreover, the findings illuminate that individuals exhibiting higher levels of extraversion and conscientiousness play a constructive moderating role in the interplay between knowledge-centered culture and knowledge-sharing behavior. Conversely, those with elevated scores in openness tend to exert a counterproductive moderating influence on this relationship. Intriguingly, the research also establishes that personality traits like agreeableness and neuroticism do not wield significant influence, as they fail to confer any notable moderating effect within the context of the correlation between knowledge-centered culture and knowledge-sharing behavior. The implications of this study are manifold and extend to the realm of academic leadership, offering a nuanced framework to devise policies and strategies that bolster knowledge sharing among academicians by fostering a nurturing knowledge culture. The findings also hold salience for upper echelons of private sector universities, especially within developing nations, and for policymakers seeking to sculpt and enact efficacious policies conducive to augmenting knowledge-sharing behavior. This, in turn, is anticipated to catalyze heightened work performance and operational efficiency.

The objective of research is to explore the impact of business intelligence systems, artificial intelligence, and digital leadership sustainability on the quality of learning and business performance at business schools of private universities in Jordan. Upon gathering and scrutinizing the research materials, a grand total of 281 samples were judged suitable for analysis using PLS software. The findings of this study suggest that the implementation of business intelligence systems, artificial intelligence, and digital leadership sustainability positively contribute to improving both the quality of learning and the performance of enterprises. The results demonstrate that the implementation of a business intelligence system, and Competitive Intelligence, directly and positively impacts the enhancement of learning quality and company performance. Furthermore, Artificial intelligence has a positive influence on the quality of learning and the performance of businesses, namely through the utilization of Deep learning, Digital Data, Graphical Processing Unit (GPU), and Data Safety and Security. Furthermore, digital leadership sustainability exerts a direct and favorable impact on the caliber of education and organizational achievement, encompassing Digital Competence, Flexibility and Agility, Interconnected Thinking, and Employee Orientation. Furthermore, the findings indicate that the level of education, encompassing Summative Assessment, Formative Assessment, Quizzes, and Presentations, is positively associated with enhancing firm productivity. Curiously, the present results contradict previous studies suggesting that the variables being examined had an influence on achieving digital leadership sustainability and business performance. Generally, the main research outcomes recommend that corporations should start adopting strategies related to enhancing learning effectiveness and improving business performance. This research focuses on the major aspects of business cleverness systems, artificial intelligence, and digital leadership sustainability to enhance the quality of learning and business performance in the business capabilities of private institutions of higher education in Jordan.

Incorporating sustainability principles into Supply Chain Management (SCM) has received considerable attention in recent years, with a particular emphasis on Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM), which aims to reduce environmental consequences. Saudi Arabia has launched sustainability initiatives; however, the application of green SCM methods in SMEs in Saudi Arabian manufacturing has yet to be explored. Therefore, this research aimed to empirically assess the effect of GSCM in promoting environmental sustainability in Saudi manufacturing SMEs, focusing on the mediating function of operations analytics. Therefore, this study used a quantitative research technique to discover the link between the study variables—a rigorous questionnaire obtained primary data from managers and team leaders. SPSS was used for descriptive statistics, while SMARTPLS was used for structural equation modelling. The measurement model, path analysis, and indirect impact analysis were used to validate the research constructs and analyze the hypothesized associations. The findings support the evidence of direct positive links between green manufacturing, green business practices, eco-design and environmental sustainability in Saudi manufacturing SMEs. Conversely, no evidence was found to support the function of operations analytics as a bridge between green SCM and environmental sustainability. Although operations analytics can improve green SCM processes, more studies are needed to understand its full impact on environmental sustainability outcomes.

This study examines the moderating effect of trained human capital on the associations of accounting information systems, generalized auditing software, and technology adoption with the performance of external auditors among Saudi listed companies. This study used a survey-based methodology. The final sample consisted of 136 responses with an 8% response rate. Using Smart-PL4 analysis, the results showed that there is a positive correlation between accounting information systems and external auditors. Conversely, a negative relationship between generalized auditing software and external auditors has been documented. In addition, this study reported a negative association between technology adoption and external auditors. However, the results highlight the positive relationship between trained human capital and external auditors. Overall, this study provides valuable insights for accounting and auditing policymakers on how external auditors’ performance is influenced by several factors in the Saudi audit market.

Service quality plays an important role in the enhancement of the satisfaction level of customers or consumers and the financial performance of business organizations. Customers expect excellence in service quality and the gap between the expectations and availability of the services determines the level of the service quality of the business organizations. The primary objective of the study is to measure the service quality of Saudi Arabian banks. An online questionnaire containing SERVQUAL dimensions was administered, and responses were analyzed by applying the F test two sample variances, and rank correlation. Financial information extracted from the selected Saudi Arabian banks for the period 2018 to 2022 and ROA (return on assets) and ROE (return on equity) were calculated to get the financial performance. The combined study of rank analysis of financial variables and SERQUAL variables indicates that financial performance is positively and moderately governed by the Tangibility, Assurance, and Empathy dimensions of service. Overall, the expectations of the bank clients are higher than the availability of services in Saudi Arabian banks. There is a need to improve the Reliability and Responsiveness to enhance the level of service quality in Saudi Arabian banks.
