This bibliographical review allows us to know clearly and concisely the use and effectiveness of photocatalytic concrete applied to tracks or roads, and in buildings. This study analyzes sustainable concrete based on photocatalytic to reduce the environmental impact in large-scale works through the application for the collection and review of articles published in the scientific base of Scopus using the VOSviewer software tool that analyzes a large amount of data from a group of investigations, this research is carried out from the publications of the year 2000 to the year 2022. Graphs were obtained from the database analysis with the words “Concrete”, “Photocatalytic”, “Environmental” and “Work” with the highest interest in all analysis groups. The results obtained allow us to understand the innovation of concrete based on photocatalytic in order to reduce air pollution since this need is current throughout the world, more so in globalized and rapidly growing countries, the analysis in Peru is not found no research related to the subject and there are no large-scale works related to reducing air pollution, but there are proposals to improve air quality in Lima, the capital of Peru, however this contribution is minimal to be able to positively impact the air . The manufacturing process and the materials to implement for the manufacture of concrete based on the photocatalytic were also analyzed, visualizing the advantages and disadvantages of this concrete based on the photocatalytic, adding other additional components to improve the durability of the concrete application and being viable. to apply to large-scale works. This research has the purpose of presenting a general view of the application, manufacture, advantages and disadvantages of concrete based on photocatalytic, it is important to develop and apply it in large-scale works subsidized by the Peruvian state, since these can generate a positive impact on society and the environment.

The purpose of this research was to evaluate the degree of influence exercised by the Key Account Manager in the provisioning management in the main companies called Staple in Peru, during the events of COVID-19. The research was of type quantitative, cross-sectional and temporal, with a non-experimental design, using a multiple linear regression model and correlation analysis to determine the impact that exists between the variables. The data belongs to the Industrias San Miguel company, distributed in a weekly period from June 2019 to March 2021, which gives 88 observations. The results allow us to conclude that the Key Account Manager is an important manager of the supply of goods during the crisis caused by COVID-19 in staple companies.

Pandemic moments have generated mental and emotional problems in students at all levels. These have been affected by the format of virtual classes, the mandatory confinement and the little physical relationship due to the existing restrictions, generating academic burnout and anxiety in university students. In this context, the objective was to know the existing relationship between burnout and anxiety in students of the FIS-UNCP, the 15-question Maslach Burnout Inventory Student Questionnaire (MBI-SS) was used with the dimensions: Emotional Exhaustion, Cynicism and Loss of Academic Efficacy and 5 questions to know the level of technological anxiety or technostress, with a population of 328 university students of 10 semesters, through the questionnaire in Office Forms. The research design was non-experimental, transectional, with a qualitative-quantitative approach and descriptive-explanatory levels. The descriptive data analysis was made based on the scale, allowing the identification of students with burnout and the structural equation modeling facilitated the establishment of the relationship between the variables. The study showed that 26 students (7.93%) suffer from academic burnout. At the same time, it has been demonstrated that there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional exhaustion and lack of academic efficacy, with technological anxiety with path values of 0.701 and 0.345 respectively, the p-values allowed demonstrating hypotheses 1 and 3 formulated. At the level of the structural model, it allows anticipating future results, since the coefficient of determination (R2) calculated was 0.838.

The objective of this research was to determine the effect of corruption on economic growth in Peru for the period 1998-2018. It was determined how economic growth was affected both in the short and long term by corruption. The corruption control index was used to measure corruption and the variation in gross domestic product (GDP) at constant prices was used to measure economic growth. To determine this effect, the hypothetical deductive method was used as a general method since we sought to corroborate a hypothesis and as a specific method, we used the Autoregressive Model of Distributed Lag (ARDL) since this model adapts well to small samples, likewise we had a non-experimental research design – longitudinal explanatory. Data were collected from the World Bank and the Ministry of Education (MINEDU) from 1998 to 2018. As a result of the econometric ARDL model, it was obtained that corruption had a negative effect on economic growth since an improvement of one percentage point in the corruption index would mean an improvement of 0.55 percentage points in economic growth. Therefore, it is concluded that the effect of corruption has a negative effect on economic growth as expected according to the reviewed antecedents.

This work estimates the relationship between the economic expectations given by Tobin's q variables, terms of exchange and 3-month economic expectations with private gross investment for the period from the first quarter of 2010 to the first quarter of 2020, under the stress scenario of the COVID-19 pandemic. Through an econometric model, results were obtained such as that the variation in private gross investment VIBP has an inertial behavior with a coefficient of 0.258791, shadow cost of capital or q of Tobin QTC with a coefficient of -0.03213, as well as terms of TI exchange with a coefficient of 0.805618. This indicates that the private investment decision by the companies analyzed depends on factors such as economic expectations, the inertial effect of investment and the shadow cost of capital expressed in Tobin's q.

Digital transformation has become fundamental to improving the competitiveness of microenterprises worldwide, and Huancayo, Peru is no exception. By adopting digital technologies, microenterprises can improve their operational efficiency, expand their market reach and enhance their abilities to make informed decisions. They have therefore found innovative ways to adapt to changing market conditions, such as incorporating information technologies, online sales, use of social networks and home delivery. Despite this, many microenterprises struggle to survive due to lack of access to financing and adequate government support. This study aimed to analyze how individual, group and organizational factors influence the digital transformation of microenterprises and its impact on their competitiveness. The research was carried out in a sample of 80 multi-sector microenterprises, using a non-probabilistic and cross-sectional research design of a quali-quantitative and explanatory nature, using SEM-PLS. The results of the study indicate a positive relationship between individual, group and organizational factors and digital transformation, as well as with the competitiveness of microenterprises. The coefficients of determination (R2) obtained were 0.8897 and 0.7931 for digital transformation and competitiveness, respectively, indicating a predictive ability in both cases. These findings are of great use to policy makers, business owners and researchers interested in fostering the growth and development of microenterprises in emerging economies.

Education is the future. Education is the only way for a country to start developing and reducing poverty. In countries with medium incomes like Peru, the resources to spend on education is not unlimited. Therefore, it is necessary to have quality in investment. However, risks and uncertainty can make a project surpass its initial budget. Therefore, statistic based methods like Monte Carlo simulation is a powerful tool to forecast possible events that might endanger the profitability and sustainability of a project. Although there is not plenty of academic literature about Monte Carlo empirical usage, many projects employ this method to manage the possible risks the project could have. In consequence, the current research analyzed both risk and sensitivity of an elementary school building project. Both analyses showed that this project had huge probabilities to surpass the current profit and return estimations. However, the sensitivity analysis portrayed that the project could be endangered because of infrastructure overspending. Moreover, it indicated that students’ attendance is also a critical factor to ensure the sustainability of the project.

This research analyses the relationship and relative importance of financial factors on the Peruvian mining copper companies´ share prices from 2010 to 2018. Voting common share prices were focused and book value, dividend per share, dividend yield, price earnings, earnings per share and roe were employed as regressors. Fixed-effects regression was used, and tests of stationarity, distribution, and specification harnessed. It was found that earnings per share and dividend yield had a positive and significant relationship with share prices, while book value had a negative one.

Peru is a country with a complex geography. Moreover, it lacks minimal safe roads, higher in Andean and jungle territories. Depending on the classification they might receive, the num-ber of kilometers without pavement can reach up to 80%. Such a rate is alarming, consider-ing that internationally the United Nations promotes actions for road security since road ac-cidents are among the most common causes of death causes in the world. Then, employing data from Sutran, the current research has analyzed how the severity of accidents can affect road administration in Peru roads in 2021. Hence, the multinomial logistic regression was employed due to the nature of the data. It was found that regional routes had a higher risk than national roads when estimating the probability of having many dead and injured people because of a road accident.

Digital governance, institutional development and public higher education in Huancayo-Perú in the new situation where remote activities are prioritized, the use of information technologies has increased in the different activities of organizations, allowing them to provide adequate services in an efficient way. The research seeks to establish the relationship between digital governance and institutional development in public higher education in Huancayo - Perú. Basic research with a quantitative approach and correlational level with a sample of 828 people made up of teaching staff, administrative staff and students who interact with the administrative activities of the UNCP. The data analysis and modeling was performed through structural equations based on PLS. As a result of the research, a value of 0.815 was obtained in Spearman's Rho and a significance level of .000, which indicates a high positive relationship, also the general hypothesis that establishes that there is a significant relationship between digital governance and institutional development is accepted.
