The present investigation analyzes how the dynamism of the environment affect the relationship be-tween the capacity of adaptation and the pioneering behavior in the companies of the tourism sector in Peru. The empirical study was carried out in 238 tourist companies located in the cities of Lima, Arequipa and Cuzco considered as a cultural heritage of Perú. Regarding to the results achieved in the study, the proposed model allows detecting a direct, significant effect between the ability to adapt and pioneering behavior, whose relationship is accentuated through market dynamism and technological dynamism, and is weakened by competitive intensity. This work contributes to the ex-isting theory and demonstrates through practical application the linkage of the dimensions of the dy-namism of the environment as drivers of adaptive capacity in companies in the cultural tourism sec-tor that are necessary to obtain advantages for a behavior Pioneer in an existing competitive market.

Over the last few years, knowledge has become part of the operations, both at the productive and service level; being considered as an important resource in companies, since it can generate competitive advantage. The objective was to determine the relationship between the activities developed by the companies from Nonaka & Takeuchi's (1995) approach and the creation of qualitative and quantitative value in 150 micro-entrepreneurs from different sectors. Partial least squares regression technique was used for data analysis and the results showed a direct relationship between socialization, combination and internalization and value creation; on the other hand, the relationship between externalization and value creation was inverse. For all relationships the p-value ensured the significance of them; finally, the study proposes the generation of intra and inter-organizational relationships for the creation, dissemination and use of knowledge in companies.

The objective of this investigation was to identify the current organizational culture of the financial system of the province of Huancayo and the culture that they wanted, to serve as a complement to the traditional indicators of the sector. The Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) was practiced on 412 workers from 16 financial institutions. It is a quantitative, non-experimental and descriptive study.

The purpose of this research was to determine how cultural aspects or beliefs of agricultural producers such as collectivism, trust, formality in land titling and productive planning influence the associative work of agricultural productive chains. Considering that for many years productive chains have been promoted as a development alternative for small agricultural producers in the Mantaro Valley, they have received training services, technical assistance, market articulation, etc., but very few remain today. The applied and descriptive research was carried out from July 2016 to May 2017 with the participation of 383 agricultural producers from four provinces of the Mantaro Valley, Junín, Peru. The results obtained show that the factors of trust and productive planning directly influence the associative work, while the aspects of collectivism and formality do not influence.

The objective of this research was to determine the factors of Visual Merchandising on con-sumers’ purchase decision in retail stores in the districts of El Tambo and Huancayo, 2019. The study was carried out using the quantitative approach including the scientific method (general) and the deductive method (specific). In addition, the non-experimental - transversal - descriptive research design was used. The survey was used as a technique; applying two questionnaires, one for Visual Merchandising and the other for the purchase decision. The study sample was made up of 384 consumers aged between 20 and 60 years who went to retail stores in the districts of El Tambo and Huancayo and they were randomly selected for the application of the instrument. By means of the structural equation model, it was obtained that the organization of the outside of the business (OBA) had a significant influence on the cultural (p ≤ 0.05) and social (p ≤ 0.05) factors of the purchase decision; and a negative relation-ship with personal (p> 0.05) and psychological factors (p> 0.05). Regarding the organization of the interior of the business (OBI), it did not have any positive relationship with the purchase decision of the consumers of the retail stores surveyed (p> 0.05 for H5, H6, H7 and H8), due to the low knowledge that retailers have regarding the organization of the product at the point of sale. The environmental factors of the business (EFB) generated a positive impact on the cultural (p ≤ 0.05), personal (p ≤ 0.05) and psychological (p ≤ 0.05) purchase decision factors. However, they did not generate a positive impact on the social factor (p> 0.05) of the purchase decision (CSPD). It is concluded that the factors (exterior architecture, interior architecture, and atmosphere) of Visual Merchandising determine the purchase decision of consumers from retail stores in the central region of Peru (districts of El Tambo and Huancayo).

The objective of this paper is to determine the impact of the variables of good corporate governance on profitability by equity of the banks of Peru during the period 2009-2018. The regression analysis of panel data was applied on a sample of 13 banks in Peru listed on the Lima Stock Exchange. Through an econometrics model it was obtained as a result that there was a significant direct relationship between the general meeting of shareholders and return on equity, which indicates that, the greater the integration of the General Meeting of shareholders in banking companies, the greater the profitability of equity for shareholders; which also shows that, the greater the transparency of information, the greater the profitability of equity for shareholders. This evidence provides beneficial information for supervisory authorities, stakeholders and academics.

Value engineering is a methodology developed based on cost reduction and product function-ality increase and it has become a competitive factor which allows micro and small businesses owners to improve their performance. This paper proposes a method to identify some techniques of value engineering for improvement and redesigning of products, cost reduction, and component substitution. The proposed method uses the factors in value management of the micro and small businesses of the clothing textiles sector in the region of Arequipa. The results of the research provide some evidences that there is a direct positive correlation between the aforementioned techniques and value management and the results yield significant values, in all cases. A regression analysis is used in product redesigning and cost reduction.

Peru is a country with plenty of renewable energy sources. However, its power demand depends on more than 50% of fossil fuels. Specifically, the power coming from the sun only represents 1% of the Peruvian energy matrix even though the territory has high radiation indexes. Therefore, the current analysis aims to search for the research situation of photovoltaic energy. Hence, this research looked for literature from RENATI and EBSCO, which provided 398 pieces of academic investigation. After applying the Prisma methodology to select the most relevant thesis and papers, we analyzed 48 elements. We found that the on-grid technology was the most viable in economic terms for projects related to business and electrification. At the same time, off-grid systems have been preferred for sanitation applications. Nonetheless, all the reviewed literature showed that photovoltaic technology positively impacted the environment and was as effective as conventional sources.

The research studied the dynamics of the factors that determine competitiveness in the textile sector in Huancayo, Peru, given that in recent years it has been affected, with repercussions on profits, economic-financial stability, jobs, among others. Competitiveness is given by the interaction of various resources, actors and circumstances, which generate situations that could be auspicious or detrimental to the sector and other sectors. As a general perspective, Porter's Competitive Diamond Model and Action-Participatory Research have been used, combining scientific rigor with industrial practice. In applied research of non-experimental transactional design, an Attitude Scale was used as an instrument with 62 items and Likert-type answers, considering 7 latent variables. The methodological intervention was carried out on a sample of 75 sectoral experts. The factors that mainly determine the competitiveness of the textile sector are the structure, rivalry and strategy developed by the companies with a path coefficient of 0.812, the understanding of the behavior of the demand with a path value of 0.912 and the actions of the Government with an inverse relation of 0.824 for the respective path coefficient; while no relation has been established with the variable Integration or cluster.

The objective of this study was to determine the impact of internal marketing on the organizational commitment of employees in the retail sector. The method used was a quantitative correlational approach, at an explanatory level with a non-experimental design. The study sample consisted of 392 workers belonging to the retail sector. The results generated by structural equations show that specific relationships have p < 0.05, i.e. all the proposed hypotheses are accepted in the proposed correlation between internal marketing and the three types of organizational commitment, among them the affective commitment, which generates emotional ties between the employee and the organization, feeling proud to remain in the same linking the values and objectives of the same as their own goals, the commitment of permanence, which implies the risks involved in separating from the organization as well as the loss of all the benefits obtained and how these would be difficult to obtain if the employee were to leave the organization. Finally, the normative commitment, which arises when the employee perceives some kind of opportunity or special benefit in the organization, thus generating a bond of moral reciprocity, i.e. a bond of loyalty. The conclusion of the study is that the use of internal marketing for personnel selection is a fundamental tool for achieving acceptable levels of the three types of commitment mentioned above. This ensures the efficiency of the company both internally and externally, with long-term results.
