In facing increasingly stiff competition in higher education services, it is imperative to institute precise management of higher education organizations to maintain their ideal aspects. Beyond merely implementing marketing concepts, every individual within the organization must be capable of envisioning the institution's vision and mission, bolstered by formulating appropriate tactical strategies to foster competitive advantage for the University. This research aims to ascertain the influence of the relationship between competitive advantage, digital transformation, and resource advantages on Sustainable Performance College through strategy agility as a mediating variable and leadership as a moderating variable. The research methodology employs path analysis using Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) software version 3.0 with a population of 66 private universities in the LLDikti III region, namely private universities. A sample of 198 respondents is selected using the saturated sample method. The research findings demonstrate that Competitive Advantage positively and significantly affects Strategic Agility, Digital Transformation positively and substantially impacts Strategic Agility, Resource Advantage positively influences Strategic Agility, Competitive Advantage positively influences Sustainable Performance College, Digital Transformation positively and significantly affects Sustainable Performance College, Resource Advantage positively impacts Sustainable Performance College, and Strategic Agility positively and significantly influences Sustainable Performance College.

This study investigates the dynamics of literacy, trust, awareness, loyalty, and corporate sustainability among Social Security Management Agency (BPJS) of Employment. Social Security Management Agency (BPJS) of Employment in West Java, Banten, and Lampung Province, Indonesia. Employing structural equation modeling, the study reveals significant relationships and mediating effects. Literacy emerges as a key factor, positively impacting loyalty and corporate sustainability. Trust is found to directly influence corporate sustainability but not loyalty. Awareness significantly affects both loyalty and corporate sustainability. Notably, loyalty plays a mediating role in the relationships between literacy, awareness, and corporate sustainability. These findings contribute to literacy and engagement models, sustainability frameworks, and mediating models in organizational literature. Practical implications include the recommendation for literacy enhancement programs, multifaceted trust-building strategies, proactive communication campaigns, and loyalty-building initiatives. Future research recommendations encompass longitudinal studies, diverse organizational settings, mixed-methods approaches, exploration of moderating variables, and intervention studies. The research contributes to a nuanced understanding of participant engagement and sustainability perceptions, offering actionable insights for organizations, particularly those in the public sector like Social Security Management Agency (BPJS) of Employment.

This research investigates the relationship between supply chain management (SCM) strategy, strategic management accounting, internal and external orientation of companies, and their impact on company growth. The study utilizes a quantitative method using a questionnaire designed with a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 7 points. The sample used in this research reached 215 respondents. The respondents in this study are employees, staff, and managers of public sector companies in Indonesia. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results indicate that SCM strategy significantly influences internal and external orientation. Similarly, strategic management accounting has a significant impact on internal and external orientation. Both internal and external orientations significantly contribute to company growth. In the mediating role, both internal and external orientations have a significant impact on the relationship between SCM strategy and strategic management accounting with company growth.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of resourced based view, market orientation, implementation of information technology, effectuation and networking capability on the internationalization of Small and Medum Enterprises (SMEs) and the indirect influence between these variables with networking capability as a moderator. The research method uses a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study are SMEs throughout East Java, Indonesia that have made efforts to internationalize, with data obtained from the Export Center Surabaya office, which is an institution formed by the East Java Provincial Trade Service and the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce. 1346 SMEs were recorded at the Export Center Surabaya office and a sample of 300 SMEs was obtained. The analysis technique used in this study is SEM PLS, which is to determine validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that resourced based view, market orientation, information technology implementation, effectuation and networking capability on SMEs internationalization have a positive and significant effect. Networking capability as a moderator can strengthen the influence of resourced based view and market orientation towards the internationalization of SMEs. Meanwhile, in the effectuation and implementation of information technology relationship with SMEs internationalization, networking capability as a moderator is in a weak position, that is it produces a negative coefficient, with a t-statistic value greater than the t-table.

This study seeks to explore how dynamic capabilities and innovation impact competitiveness within the Indonesian manufacturing sector. It specifically investigates how Domestic Component Level (DCL) certification, influenced by government involvement, mediates this relationship. The focus is on how government support shapes the certification process, ultimately affecting competitiveness. Through quantitative methods and surveys conducted among 344 manufacturing firms holding DCL certification in Indonesia, the research finds that while enhanced dynamic capabilities may not directly correlate with increased competitiveness, they play a crucial role in a company's journey toward competitiveness, requiring a gradual process. Additionally, companies with higher DCL values are better positioned to compete for government contracts and services.

This research focuses on the welfare of rice farmers in Tabanan Regency as a form of support for the sustainability of the agricultural sector to support the food security and sovereignty of Bali Province, which is still primarily supported by Tabanan Regency. This research was conducted in Tabanan Regency, Bali Province, known as the "rice barn" of Bali Province, with the largest area of rice fields and the most significant number of farmers in Bali Province. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach using a questionnaire, and the analysis technique used in this research is SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square) analysis, with 167 rice farmers as respondents to this research. The findings from this research show that farming business performance can mediate the influence of agricultural technology adoption on the welfare of rice farmers in Tabanan Regency. The findings from this research are strengthened by interviews showing that rice farmers in Tabanan Regency have confidence in themselves in farming. This is demonstrated by farmers' efforts to use various developments in agricultural technology, such as using superior seeds and modern agricultural equipment, which can shorten the working time, among others, to improve the welfare of rice farmers in Tabanan Regency.

In an era where knowledge has become one of the most valuable assets, the ability to effectively gather, store, manage, and utilize knowledge is critical. Given the ever-changing market needs, the sustainable competitive advantage of a company is crucial. The aim of this research is to analyze the role of knowledge management capabilities in sustainable competitive advantage and to assess the effectiveness of the impact provided by knowledge sharing and the innovation value chain in enhancing a company's competitive advantage. The research method employed is quantitative research using a questionnaire with a 1 – 7-point Likert Scale for data collection. This study was conducted on employees, staff, and managers of a state-owned bank in Indonesia, with a sample size of 206 respondents. Data analysis will be performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with SmartPLS 4 software. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that the influence of knowledge management capabilities on knowledge sharing, and the innovation value chain is statistically significant. Furthermore, there is a statistically significant influence between knowledge sharing and sustainable competitive advantage, and knowledge sharing mediates the relationship between knowledge management capabilities and sustainable competitive advantage. The influence of the innovation value chain on sustainable competitive advantage is also significant, however, there is no significant evidence found that the innovation value chain mediates the relationship between knowledge management capabilities and sustainable competitive advantage.

This study examines the impact of customer relationship management (CRM) practices and social media marketing (SMM) activities on customer retention among MSMEs in Aceh. It considers the dual role of social media in relationship management (CRM) and business engagement (SMM). Recognizing the widespread use of social media, the study explores different stages of its adoption and utilization in business. A formalized social media business profile is used as the moderating variable, defined by a firm's formal allocation of responsibility, outsourcing, funding, governance of social media, and broader changes to structure, processes, leadership, training, and culture. Data was collected from 565 MSMEs using questionnaires and analyzed with partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) and multi-group analysis. The results demonstrated a high predictive power of the model on customer retention. Within CRM, the findings indicated a significant difference in the effect of key customer focus on customer retention, with higher effects observed in MSMEs that do not formalize their social media business profiles. Additionally, technology-based CRM showed significantly higher effects on customer retention for those who formalize their social media profiles. Within SMM, the study revealed significant differences in the effects of customization and trendiness on customer retention, both of which were more pronounced in MSMEs without formalized social media profiles. Furthermore, word-of-mouth had a significantly higher impact on customer retention for MSMEs with formalized social media profiles. This research contributes theoretically by developing an integrated framework that identifies how key customer focus, CRM organization, knowledge management, technology-based CRM, customization, entertainment, interaction, trendiness, and word-of-mouth influence customer retention. It also explores the moderating effects of formalized social media business profiles on CRM practices and SMM activities within MSMEs.

This research has the aim of analyzing the relationship between the supply chain service quality variable and consumer satisfaction, analyzing the use of information technology variable on consumer satisfaction at the Immigration organization. This research method is associative quantitative research and aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. In this way, we can build a theory that functions to predict and control a phenomenon. The population in this study were all immigration organization employees. In this research, an analysis model is used, namely Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). In this study, the number of respondents was 613 immigration organization customers. The sampling technique used in this research is nonprobability sampling. In this research, the data collection method used was the questionnaire method. The instrument used to measure this research variable is a 5-point Likert scale. Data processing in this research uses SmartPLS software. The stages of data analysis in this research are the outer model test which includes convergent validity, discriminant validity and composite reliability as well as inner model analysis, namely hypothesis testing. Based on data analysis, it is concluded that Supply chain service quality has a positive and crucial impact on consumer satisfaction. The use of information technology has a positive and crucial impact on consumer satisfaction.

The Company should collaborate with supply chain members to support business process activities and increase competitiveness. Company collaboration with suppliers is essential in supporting the adoption of supply chain practices and total quality management to pursue product innovation and enhance business performance. This study investigates the role of supplier-buyer relationships in enhancing business performance through supply chain management practice, total quality management, and product innovation. The research surveyed 150 companies implementing total quality management with ISO certification in East Java. Data processing employs partial least squares using SmartPLS software version 4.0. The research found that supplier-buyer relationships positively and significantly influence supply chain practice by 0.800, total quality management by 0.438, and product innovation by 0.293. The company's ability to implement supply chain practices positively affects total quality management by 0.443, product innovation by 0.206, and business performance by 0.263. Total quality management adopted by manufacturing companies by obtaining ISO certification has an impact on increasing product innovation by 0.412 and business performance by 0.276. The company's ability to build a supply chain strategy to produce innovative products affects business performance by 0.446. The research results contribute practically to managers who build coordination with supply chain members, especially purchasing and marketing managers, to be able to read the capabilities and advantages of external partners to be communicated internally in the company—theoretical contribution in enriching supply chain strategy theory in increasing competitiveness.
