The purpose of this study is to analyse the effects of (1) quintuple helix on small and medium enterprises (SMEs) performance; (2) ability of SMEs on SMEs performance; (3) quintuple helix on ability of SMEs; (4) innovation on SMEs performance and (5) innovation on ability of SMEs. The analysis uses quantitative analysis, as a descriptive analysis as well as inferential statistics. Respondents are taken from the population of the craft subsector of creative industries, governments, academicians, media-based and culture-based public, in addition to natural environments of society in creative industrial cluster cities in Spain (50 samples) and Indonesia (50 samples). The results of the study identify the significant influence of: (1) quintuple helix on SMEs performance; (2) ability on SMEs performance; and (5) innovation on ability of SMEs. On the other hand, they show the non-significant influence of (3) quintuple helix on ability of SMEs and (4) innovation on SMEs performance in craft cluster creative industry in Indonesia. Regarding the craft creative industry in Spain, the results show the significant influence of (2) ability of SMEs on SMEs performance, (3) quintuple helix on ability of SMEs; (4) innovation on SMEs performance and (5) innovation on ability of SMEs, but the non-significant influence of (1) quintuple helix on SMEs performance. The comparative study results show that the relationship of (2) ability of SMEs on SMEs performance, (5) innovation on ability of SMEs, both in Indonesia and Spain, were significant. On the other hand, there are some significant relationship of (3) quintuple helix on ability of SMEs and (4) innovation on SMEs performance in Spain but such relationships do not exist in Indonesia. Moreover, while the effect of (1) quintuple helix on SMEs performance is significant in Indonesia, it is not significant in Spain. Furthermore, the mediation function shows the inverted result on indirect relationship of quintuple helix on SMEs performance through ability of SMEs in Indonesia, but full mediation in Spain, whereas the effect of innovation on SMEs performance through ability of SMEs is observed as full mediation in Indonesia, but partial mediation in Spain.

The development of information technology has brought the changes to the rapid growth and competition of online website stores in Indonesia. Online store businesses are aggressively making various marketing efforts to influence consumers to shop on their website. The Indonesian government has seriously issued several regulations regarding online commerce or e-commerce since 1997. Thus, this phenomenon has encouraged researchers to analyze the influence of website quality and the application of Government Regulations related to Ecommerce Law through website verification of the behavior of impulse buying, which was conducted by the millennial generation online. This paper presents an empirical investigation to study the effect of website quality and government regulations on online impulse buying behavior among some undergraduate students at Brawijaya Malang University. The results have confirmed that both website quality and government regulations had some impacts on online impulse buying behavior.

This study aims to determine the effect of Muslim customer perceived value on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty of sharia banking and religiosity role in moderating the existing effect. The study population includes all customers of Sharia banking. Total samples of 104 respondents are selected by accidental sampling technique. To know and to test the research hypothesis, data are analyzed by partial least square (PLS). This study has four results. First, the Muslim customer perceived value (MCPV) variable directly affects customer satisfaction. It consists of price, emotional values, and social values variables. While the quality, Islamic physical attributes, and Islamic non-physical attributes variables directly do not affect satisfaction of Islamic bank-ing customers. Second, Muslim customer perceived value (MCPV) variable directly affects customer loyalty. It consists of price, emotional value, physical and non-physical attributes of Islam. Moreover, quality and social value variables directly do not affect loyalty of sharia banking customers. Third, satisfaction only mediates the effect of price, emotional value, and social value variables on the loyalty of sharia banking customers. Satisfaction does not mediate the effect of quality, Islamic physical attributes, and Islamic non-physical attributes affect the loyalty of sharia banking customers. Forth, Religiosity does not moderate the effect of Muslim customer perceived value (MCPV) variable, namely Islamic physical attributes and Islamic non-physical attributes, on satisfaction of sharia banking customers.

In the beginning of the fourth industrial revolution, competition in acquiring and retaining best talents in concert with talents’ unfamiliarity of what they will face and obtain in the course of working at a company are two major problems. It is essential for a company to make its employees satisfied and pleased with their jobs. These very satisfaction and pleasure are hoped to serve as a key for motivating employees to perform and contribute their best for the company. Numerous research studies have proven the positive effect of work well-being on job performance, but the findings came with inconsistencies and controversies. This fact has caused reluctance in a good many companies to invest in their employees’ work well-being. A survey of 509 millennial employees in the Indonesian startup digital industry was conducted in this research. The results show that employee’s work well-being had a significant, positive effect on job performance. Theoretically, this research has contributed in responding to inconsistencies in literature. It is hoped that this research will also offer practical contribution to individual employees as well as human resources department and increase company executives’ confidence in making organization-related strategic decisions to attain sustainable performance. Finally, we propose a number of intervention suggestions for performance improvement through work well-being.

This paper performs an investigation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) head of the biMBA-AIUEO unit in DKI Jakarta Province, which is a franchise brand of kindergarten schools in Jakarta. The purpose of the research, is to know and analyze: the direct influence of Organizational Justice on OCB unit head biMBA-AIUEO; the direct influence of Work Involvement on OCB; the direct influence of Organizational Justice on the Work Involvement, and the indirect effect of Organizational Justice on OCB head of the biM-BA-AIUEO unit, with Work Involvement as mediation. The study used 140 samples of head of the biMBA-AIUEO unit in DKI Jakarta Province, and collected data by distributing questionnaires. The research uses quantitative methods and data processing using the path analysis. The results of this study prove that Organi-zational Justice had a positive and significant direct effect on OCB. Organizational Justice that are treated well can be perceived positively for employees to increase their OCB. Research results from work involvement have positive and significant effects on OCB. Even, Work Involvement has the most influence on OCB. This confirms that, high work involvement will also increase their OCB. Likewise, the results of the organization justice have a positive effect on work involvement. This reflects, that employees who are treated fairly by the organization will feel happy and can be a stimulus for them to be more actively involved in work. Whereas Organizational Justice has a positive and significant indirect effect on OCB through the mediation of Work Involvement. Employees who are treated fairly will feel happy, so they can stimulate themselves actively involved in work. This condition then, inspires and stimulates subordinates willing to do extra work that reflects OCB.

This empirical study aims to identify the effects of different factors influencing on customer satisfaction, such as perceived quality or perceived value in a case study in chemical industry. Understanding the effects of such variables helps us manage customers properly, balancing between perceived quality and perceived value. The research design is a quantitative method and employs Structural Equation Method (SEM) to ensure the correlation between constructs. The method results confirm that perceived value contributes a stronger influence on customer satisfaction than perceived quality does. Chemical market tends to put perceived value as a priority as long as the product quality meets the standard parameter. Perceived quality is reflected more by service while there is less point of differentiation on tangible product. The paper may limit the generalization of the findings, hence the replication in other industries are encouraged.

The intense competition in the airline industry urges adjustment to service quality and pricing. Alterations to service quality and price may lead to service degeneration and price unfairness, which will affect customer satisfaction and trust. The objective of this investigation was to figure out the role of service quality and price fairness in improving customer satisfaction and building customer trust in the airline industry in Indonesia. Questionnaire responses were collected from 300 randomly enrolled passengers at Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport Indonesia. This research took a verification approach by the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. The results indicate that service quality, price fairness, and customer satisfaction played an important role in building customer trust. Customers’ positive experiences, optimum service quality, and price fairness perception enabled the airline company to be closer to them and build their trust. Satisfaction was proven to mediate the relationship of service quality and price fairness to customer trust.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence, experience of social experience, previous entrepreneurial experience, environmental support toward social entrepreneurial intention with mediating role of social entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Research sample consisted of 125 students who has some social experience and entrepreneurship from various universities in Semarang. The data carried out in 2019 and analyzed with a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS v 21. The results show that emotional intelligence, social activities, previous entrepreneurial experience were significantly and positively associated with social entrepreneurial, self-efficacy and social entrepreneurial intention. Social entrepreneurial self-efficacy significantly and positively influenced on social entrepreneurial intention. However, the effects of environmental support on social entrepreneurial intention was insignificant. The significant mediating role of student’s social entrepreneurial self-efficacy in developing social entrepreneurial intention showed significant contribution of social cognitive theory and career development theory to realize student’s social entrepreneurial intention. University and government are requested to give more attention in developing social entrepre-neurship in order to have more social entrepreneur graduated from universities.

This study aims to analyze the role of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and work satisfaction to me-diate the effect of spiritual leadership of employee performance at Bank BRI shariah Malang. There were 154 employees working at Bank BRI Shariah Malang and all were selected as sample for performing the survey. Data was collected directly from respondents using questionnaires and the study is explanatory research type. The analysis used was Partial Least Square. The research results show that Spiritual leadership did not directly influence on employee performance, OCB mediated the effect of spiritual leadership on employee perfor-mance, and job satisfaction mediated the effect of spiritual leadership on employee performance.

The competition in the business world, including banking, is getting tighter. For that, every bank must think of the right strategy to win the competition. One important strategy for winning competition is to prioritize customer satisfaction which is determined by the quality of banking services offered to customers. This study aims to analyze and process proposals for improvement in service quality in terms of using internet banking services based on the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method through the preparation of the House of Quality (HoQ). The study was conducted on 120 internet banking users at the BRI Balikpapan Branch Office in East Kalimantan. From the results of the analysis, it is known that there are 11 indicators of bank internet banking service quality that must be improved as the first priority and 4 indicators as the second priority. Based on the results of data processing using QFD through the preparation of HoQ, it is known that there are 6 priority improvements that must be made by the bank. From the results of this study, it can be seen strategies for improving internet banking services to improve the quality of internet banking services at the BRI Balikpapan Branch Office, namely the added of new online chat features, perform server maintenance, carry out enrolment of new internet banking features, evaluate the process speed of each application feature, conduct regular website feature evaluations every quarter and perform network repair.
