The purpose of this study is to examine and describe: 1) the influence of functional quality towards the image of the hospital, 2) the influence of technical quality towards the image of the hospital, 3) the influence of image towards the satisfaction of patients of the hospital, 4) the influence of functional quality towards satisfaction of patients at the hospital, 5) the influence of technical quality towards the satisfaction of patients of the hospital, 6) the influ-ence of functional quality to the satisfaction of patients mediated by the image of hospital, 7) the effect of technical quality to the satisfaction of patients mediated by the image of hospital. The approach of the study employed is survey method by collecting data through question-naires. The population was 495 patients of Bahteramas hospital. Sample was taken by random sampling with total sample of 88. Technique of data analysis to answer the problem of re-search hypotheses was partial least square (PLS). Results of the study show that the quality of functional had a positive and significant influence towards the image of the hospital yet in-significant to the satisfaction of the patients. The image of hospital has a positive and signifi-cant effect to the satisfaction of patients. In other side, the study also shows that the role of the hospital as a partial mediation between functional quality and the satisfaction of patients, but the image of hospital does not have any role as a partial mediation between technical quality and the satisfaction of patients.

Most of online entrepreneurs in Indonesia are women, but their capabilities as professional online entrepreneurs are still less superior. This study aimed to investigate the core competencies of online women entrepreneur and verify the effects on their business performance. The study uses two stages of research: explanatory and confirmatory research. The result of explanatory research, has identified two capabilities as a core competency in building superior online business, i.e. partnership development and digital marketing capability. Yet, by confirmatory research, the study has found that both strategies had significant effects on building a superior business. This model can be also adopted by other online entrepreneurs to build their success in online business.

The objective of this causal research was to obtain information concerning: 1. the negative effect of leadership transformational toward withdrawal behavior, 2. the negative effect of organizational communication toward withdrawal behavior, 3 the negative effect of job in-volvement toward withdrawal behavior, 4. the positive effect of transformational leadership toward job involvement, and 5. the positive effect of organizational communication toward job involvement. The research was conducted by SEM method for testing the hypotheses. In this research, state civil apparatus at the Regional Secretariat of the Southeast Sulawesi has been chosen as a unit analysis and 215 samples of employees were selected randomly. The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a negative effect of leadership transformational toward withdrawal behavior; (2) there is a negative effect of organizational communication toward withdrawal behavior; (3) there is a negative effect of job involvement toward withdrawal behavior; (4) there is a positive effect of transformational leadership toward job involvement; (5) there is a positive effect of organizational communication toward job involvement.

This research was carried out in fourteen ministries and one national staff agency, which was the largest and most comprehensive study of government institutions that examined the importance of the recruitment, selection and organizational culture of employee performance which is still an important issue in developing coun-tries. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of recruitment, selection and organizational culture on the performance of civil servants, especially at the National Personnel Agency and 14 Ministries. This re-search was conducted in the Democratic Republic of Timor Leste (RDTL) with an area of 15,410 KM2. The total population is 1,261,072 people. The study began in September 2018 until February 2019, using quantitative (positivism) methods. The study was conducted using proportional random sampling, so that from each work unit a total of 1000 target populations and 286 samples were obtained using a questionnaire. This re-search used structural equation modeling (SEM) method with partial least square (SEM-PLS) approach. The results of the study found that well-programed recruitment was not able to provide significant results either directly or through organizational culture, but recruitment could have a significant effect on job performance through mediation selection. Moreover, well-programmed recruitment backed by selection quality could improve employee performance.

Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is a form of positive, constructive and meaningful social behavior that helps the tasks given by the leadership become lighter if there are workers with high OCB and that the consequences will increase productivity and success which can be seen as a factor that contributes to the work of the company. This study aims to examine the leadership and quality of worklife on organizational citizenship behavior mediated by job satisfaction at PT. Pertamina (Persero). The sampling technique used by re-searchers is proportional random sampling. In this study, there are 359 employees working for this firm where 217 people are the employees of PT. Pertamina (Persero) MOR III Jakarta and 142 are working for MOR V Surabaya. The sample of respondents used in this study are 189 people. The procedure used in testing, data processing and model development is a structural equation model. Data are analyzed using SMART-PLS tools. The results indicate that there is a positive direct effect of leadership on job satisfaction, there is a positive direct effect of quality of worklife on job satisfaction, there is a positive influence of leadership on OCB, there is a positive direct effect of quality of worklife on OCB, there is a positive direct effect on job satisfac-tion on OCB, there is a positive indirect effect between leadership and OCB through job satisfaction, and there is a positive indirect effect between quality of worklife and OCB through job satisfaction.

Chatbot program has evolved in the Indonesian market as the representative of online service customer that provides immediate response and it is able to interact with customers by using Natural Language Processing. This study aims to determine the extent of the customer satisfaction factors that successfully influence chatbot acceptance in Indonesia. A sample of 119 respondents is chosen using Exploratory Factor Analysis method. The findings deliver valuable insight of four factors in satisfying Indonesian customers when using Chatbot. The research conclusion not only gives a new perspective to identify important factors influencing customer satisfaction for chatbot acceptance in Indonesia but also helps Indonesian organizations look up at those fac-tors when planning to develop chatbot for their businesses.

Even though the investment sector generally governs economic growth in developed coun-tries. Indonesia's economic growth so far has been dominated by the consumption sector. On the other hand, one of the significant contributors to the investment sector is the entrepreneurs’ role in any country. Therefore, the challenge for Indonesia is to make the entrepreneurs reach substantial contributions. This study investigates on three variables; namely entrepreneurial orientation, cooperatives, and entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurial orientation is the exogeneous variable, cooperative is the mediator variable and, the entrepreneur is the endogenous variable. These three variables are formed into three sub-models and one complete model. Each sub-model is to find out whether the dimensions contribute to each variable, and the entire model is to find out a significant relationship among the variables. The method used is the structural equation model (SEM), with computer software LISREL. This research will produce a breakthrough in how cooperative can mediate from entrepreneurial orientation to entrepreneurs. Besides, the study will deliver how cooperative stakeholders to get some understanding of entrepreneurial orientation so that cooperatives as an institution can persuade members of organizations to become entrepreneurs to be ready to contribute to economic growth. Moreover, the results provide the science of sustainable management on how to apply creativity and innovation to the cooperative organization.

This study aims to find out the level of community desire within the university to use the Grip Work Journey (GWJ) application in office activities as an e-office application. The method used is quantitative research with data analysis techniques using Partial Least Square (PLS), and the data collection process is performed through a questionnaire. Respondents in this study were 200 people. The results of the study state that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and security maintained positive influences on Behavioral Intention Grip Work Journey as a community office application in Jakarta State University.

Innovation on business model is not only describing the bundle of products and services but also it is integrated with the input of customer experience. Customer experience should become a key role in developing business model innovation in driving transformational performance. This paper argues that the transformational performance is derived from business model innovation and focuses on customer experience. We use telecommunication firms as our unit analysis with sample of 195 Indonesian ICT firms out of 542 units. The analytical approach and solution technique that is used for analysis is Partial Least Square (PLS). The findings demonstrate that business model played significant role on supporting contribution of customer experience in driving transformational performance. The finding has implication that by synergizing the value proposition of customer experience in a business model innovation, the transformational performance can be maintained through focus on customer experience driven business model innovation. Further study can be explored through additional variable, sample and further study on longitudinal on digital transformation firms.

This study examines the direct influence of Islamic job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the intention to leave, and the direct influence of Islamic job satisfaction on or-ganizational commitment. It also investigates the mediation of organizational commitment in the relationship between Islamic job satisfaction and intention to leave. The study examines the moderating impact of the Islamic work ethic on the influence of Islamic job satisfaction and organizational commitment on intention to leave. This study is explanatory research and used Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) Version 3.2.6. The sample for the study included 164 employees in Islamic banks in North Maluku Province, Indonesia. The results of the empirical research indicate that Islamic job satisfaction had a direct positive and significant influ-ence on organizational commitment. Islamic job satisfaction has a direct negative and significant influence on intention to leave. Organizational commitment has a direct negative and significant influence on intention to leave. Organizational commitment also mediates the re-lationship between Islamic job satisfaction and intention to leave. Furthermore, these research results reveal that the Islamic work ethic cannot moderate the effect of Islamic job satisfaction on the level of intention to leave. Conversely, the Islamic work ethic may moderate the influence of organizational commitment on intention to leave. Implications, limitations and future research are discussed.
