The present study centered on the mediation of innovation and the moderation of collective organizational engagement in affecting human capital (a combination of skill and knowledge) on sustainable competitive advantage and further examined human capital, innovation, and collective organizational engagement impacts on sustainable competitive advantage. Subsequently, this study utilized a quantitative approach, engaging 270 sample frame SME units in Indonesia using a Likert scale questionnaire and examining it using SEM-PLS. The findings demonstrate that human capital positively and significantly impacted innovation and sustainable competitive advantage, indicating that a high level of business skill, business orientation, perception of risk, and know-how management enhances the organization’s innovation capability, creating distinctive, exceptional, and invaluable resources as core competencies of sustainable competitive advantage. This study confirms and advances the RBV theory and previous studies by examining intangible resources' mediating and moderating role, in which innovation contributes to mediating the effect of human capital on sustainable competitive advantage and collective organizational engagement reinforces (moderates) the impact of human capital on establishing sustainable competitive advantage. So, the results of this research illuminate the significance of human capital, innovation, and collective organizational engagement as the organization’s superior resources in manifesting sustainable competitive advantage.

The literature argues that the quality of a firm’s financial reporting is reflected in the extent of its sustainability disclosure (SD). This study therefore examines the link between CEO characteristics (i.e., age, financial experience, duality leadership structure) and privileges (i.e., compensation and ownership) and the extent of SD. It also examines whether board independence has a vital impact on this association. A panel data set of 329 firm-year observations of firms listed on the Amman stock Exchange (ASE) between 2022 and 2023 is investigated. While the results show that a CEO’s age and compensation positively and significantly affect the magnitude of a firm’s SD, the CEO’s financial experience, duality and ownership do not have a significant link to SD. Moreover, when board independence moderates the association between CEO characteristics and privileges and the extent of SD, the only variable that has a positive and significant effect on the extent of sustainability information is the CEO’s age. The findings are expected to be beneficial to firms’ decision makers regarding the selection of CEOs, as well as in deciding their compensation schemes. It also adds new evidence to the current debate in the literature on this issue, especially from a developing capital market like Jordan.

Upstream textile companies in Indonesia are the most significant contributors to environmentally hazardous production waste. Green Transformational Leadership (GTL) is critical to achieving a Green Resilient Supply Chain (GRS) to address vulnerability to supply chain disruptions while maintaining environmentally friendly practices. In addition, the mediation of Green Ambidexterity (GAM) and Green Innovation (GIN) is believed to strengthen the achievement of GRS. In line with the Indonesian government's policy to protect the environment, this study examines the direct effect of green transformational leadership variables on a green resilient supply chain. It evaluates Green Ambidexterity and Green Innovation's mediating effect on the relationship between GTL and GRS. This study analyzes the data of 50 production managers of upstream textile companies from 87 respondents collected from the survey. The analysis uses PLS-SEM based on variance to verify the relationship between variables. The research results indicate that green transformational leadership significantly influences green resilient supply chains. It was found that both Green Ambidexterity and Green Innovation significantly influence the Green Resilient Supply Chain, both directly and through mediating effects. Therefore, managers should consider implementing a Green Resilient Supply Chain, Green Ambidexterity, and Green Innovation practices to improve organizational goals while maintaining a green environment.

A study has been conducted to examine an array of factors such as the factors affecting integrated marketing communication (IMC), entrepreneurship factors, process factors, and basic competitive pressure factors. Based on the perspective of the advertising film production industry, we will examine the service supply chain within the industry. The study is based on the observation and analysis of 310 people working in fields related to the production of advertising films. The research found that all the factors listed above have an immediate impact on the advertising production industry and are significant. There is a strong influence of entrepreneurs on the commercial film production industry.

This study investigates the impacts of environmental accounting, green supply chain management (GSCM), and import regulations on firm performance. Using a quantitative research design, this study employs Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to examine 192 managers from the health equipment industry. The research employs a comprehensive array of measurement items derived from interdisciplinary literature to assess the intricate relationships among the primary variables in a multifaceted manner. This research underscores the favorable effect of environmental accounting on bolstering green supply chain management (GSCM) practices and dexterously navigating import regulations, which ultimately prove to be highly beneficial for a firm's performance. This study validates the potency of a circular economy approach, with resource efficiency emerging as a crucial aspect in maximizing both ecological and financial outcomes. The measurement model developed in this study is a dependable resource for future research and practical applications aimed at promoting sustainability in the industry.

The impact of geopolitical conflict and supply chain (SC) uncertainties in the global gas trading context is a burgeoning area of research. The strategic imperative of optimizing resource and technology utilization through cost optimization models within SC dynamics is realized. This study examines the effectiveness of linear programming techniques in mitigating the transportation challenges in the landscape of global gas trade, particularly amidst geopolitical disruptions in the SC. Computational tests underscore the substantial efficiency gains provided by this method, highlighting its capacity to generate significantly more efficient solutions to transportation problems. The findings indicate that the model shows promise for practical implementation, showcasing a notable reduction in transportation costs across the three primary markets for liquefied natural gas (LNG). Significantly, this reduction surpasses a quarter of the original expenses, indicating the potential for substantial cost savings in turbulent geopolitical environments and uncertain SCs. This study emphasizes the pivotal role of cost optimization models in navigating uncertainty and enhancing efficiency within the intricate and volatile landscape of global gas trading supply chains.

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of government policies in the field of audit and financial audit infrastructure in improving the smoothness of the supply chain and its implications for financial management compliance in regional apparatus organizations (OPD) within the Serang City Government, Banten Province, Indonesia. The sample in this study was 225 respondents consisting of 19 from Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) within the Serang City Government. Sampling technique using technique purposive sampling. Data collected through questionnaires was then analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results of research and data analysis show that: Government Policy in the Audit Sector directly has a positive and significant effect on the smoothness of the Supply Chain; Financial Audit Infrastructure directly has a positive and significant effect on the smooth running of the Supply Chain; Government Policy in the Audit Sector directly has a positive and significant effect on Financial Management Compliance; The government's Financial Audit Infrastructure directly has a positive and significant effect on Financial Management Compliance; The smoothness of the Supply Chain directly has a positive and significant effect on Financial Management Compliance in Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) within the Serang City Government, Banten Province, Indonesia. The smoothness of the Supply Chain is able to partially mediate Government Policy in the Field of Audit and Financial Audit Infrastructure on Management Compliance in Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) within the Serang City Government, Banten Province, Indonesia.

This research aims to analyze the relationship between crisis leadership and supply chain emergencies. The study also investigates the effect of digital technology on supply chain emergencies and the effect of digital technology on crisis leadership. The research method is a quantitative approach, research data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires via social media. There were 856 questionnaires distributed to logistics company managers and of the 856 questionnaires distributed, 426 respondents or 50% gave responses determined by the simple random sampling method. This research uses quantitative methods with data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through Partial Least Square (PLS) with data processing software, SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this research show that crisis leadership had a positive and significant influence on supply chain emergencies. Digital technology had a positive and significant influence on supply chain emergencies and digital technology had a positive and significant influence on crisis leadership. In addition, crisis leadership mediated the relationship between digital technology and supply chain emergency capability. Crisis leadership had a fully mediated nature. Crisis leadership encourages an increase in the relationship between digital technology and emergency supply chain capability. These findings create the view that the application of digital technology and crisis leadership can encourage improvements in emergency supply chains and provide direction to logistics company managers to use digital technology to improve supply chain capabilities in their companies. The findings of this research indicate that digital technology under the influence of crisis leadership significantly improves emergency supply chain capabilities.

The problem at Soekarno-Hatta Airport was the need for more facilities with value for consumers, both utilitarian and hedonic. The research examines the impact of Utilitarian and Hedonic Values on Purchase Intentions, which Customer Intentions mediate. Based on the data, the research approach used was quantitative. According to the explanation category, this research is asymmetric causal research. The study population comprised business class passengers of full-service airlines at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport with various destinations, and the sample size was 219 respondents. The sampling technique was non-probability sampling, in this case, incidental sampling. The method of secondary data collection used was a study-desk with technical data using SEM-PLS. The results showed that Hedonic Value and Purchase Intention directly and significantly influenced Customer Intention and Purchase Intention. Customer Intention Hedonic Value had a positive but insignificant impact on purchase intention.

Risk disclosure condenses information asymmetry and delivers company risk information to external parties—nonetheless, inadequate studies highlight risk disclosure’s role in investor perception. Consequently, the risk disclosure studies are predominantly about determinant and tone impact, demanding further endeavor on the role of risk disclosure by enacting a bibliometric approach to review the status quo, pattern and focus, and the trend of the risk disclosure studies to determine the future research direction. This study pinpoints that risk disclosure has been progressively discussed in international publications over the last decade. Nevertheless, some relevant research community themes must be carefully planned, i.e., risk assessment and market risk disclosure. Further, the noteworthy aspect of writers’ productivity is that the most productive writers are excluded as the most cited authors, demonstrating that the hotspot of study on risk disclosure is the role in annual financial stability, determinants, and how crucial transparency is in the capital market. This study also reveals that extensive cooperation is conducted primarily in the USA, UK, and Australia. However, the development has shifted to China, India, and Asia. Future research on risk disclosure will be explored more in Russia, South America, and Africa, considering the countries’ regulations and risk policies.
