The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of social media marketing on e-commerce customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study provides insight into the importance of consumer loyalty in the e-commerce industry. The approach used in this study uses quantitative methods through surveys. This study uses a sample of 222 respondents of e-commerce customers. The study uses an online questionnaire through Google Docs. The questionnaire given contains structured questions that are limited by screening, profiling questions and questions related to research variables that affect e-commerce consumer loyalty. The distribution of the questionnaires was carried out by posting on social media groups and direct messages to respondents in accordance with the research requirements. Data analysis of this research, using SEM model using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that social media marketing had a significant effect on e-commerce consumer satisfaction, social media marketing had a significant effect on e-commerce consumer loyalty and satisfaction had a significant effect on e-commerce consumer loyalty.

The intention to buy back is one of the objectives of the business strategy. This study aims to analyze the effect of mediating customer satisfaction on e-service and repurchase intention. This analytical study was conducted on e-commerce that is widely used by Indonesia, namely Shopee.co.id. The rapid growth of e-commerce, both C2C and B2B, has made online retailers compete in the online retail business. The intention to buy back is no longer solely due to the quality of service like an offline business. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of mediating customer satisfaction from the quality of E-Commerce on repurchase intention in E-Commerce that has implemented a combination of C2B and B2B. Quantitative methods with structural equation analysis (SEM) and path analysis were used to analyze data using LISREL. The questionnaire is distributed to respondents used as samples taken from the population for this research. The researched population is user of Shopee.co.id in Indonesia, whereas samples of the population are randomly taken. The samples of this research are 279 respondents. The results of this study found that there is no significant direct effect of electronic service quality on repurchases intentions, but when customer satisfaction acts as a mediating variable, it shows that electronic service quality affects repurchase intention significantly through customer satisfaction. This study will help online retailers to find out what factors influence customers to make repeat purchases.

The purpose of the article is to determine the factors affecting the satisfaction of Duy Tan University students for online learning during the acute respiratory infection caused by the new strain of Coronavirus (Covid-19). Based on survey, analysis, processing and evaluation of the obtained results, the article aims to focus the analysis within specific limits with the goal of honestly reflecting and thereby offering solutions for the effective use of online learning in the learning process of students. The results show that there are five factors affecting student satisfaction, in order of influence, as follows: (1) Tuition fees; (2) Teaching staff; (3) Interoperability; (4) Facilities and (5) Training programs. Based on these results, the Board of Directors of Duy Tan University will change several factors in order to improve student satisfaction in online learning in the near future.

Guided by the theory of reasoned action, this study found support for the hypothesized inverse relationship between work-related factors and employee turnover intention on the one hand, and turnover intention and perceptions of accountable absence legitimacy on the other hand. Specifically, the higher employees’ turnover intent, the lower their perceptions about the accountability of their absence behavior and vice versa. The findings highlight the need to consider turnover intention as a salient construct that plays a dual role, first as a consequence variable to job satisfaction, affective and normative commitments, and next as an antecedent to accountable absence legitimacy in the workplace. The article concludes with a discussion on the significance of lessening employee turnover intent as a means of mitigating the perceptions of absence legitimacy in the workplace.

This study aims to investigate the impact of integrating essential factors on Internet usage continuance intention in students’ context. The proposed model examines the influence of perceived enjoyment, perceived image, satisfaction, information value, and emotional value on Internet continuance intention. Additionally, it investigates the role of Internet addiction, satisfaction, and continuance intention on academic performance among university students. A survey questionnaire method was adopted to collect data from university students in Jordan. Data was collected from 450 voluntary participants, and the analysis was conducted using SPSS and AMOS. The analysis results show that perceived enjoyment, perceived image, information value, and emotional value have a significant positive influence on continuance intention of Internet use. Besides, the results show that continuance intention has a positive impact on satisfaction and Internet addiction. While continuance intention has a significant positive impact on students’ academic performance, and Internet addiction has a significant negative impact on students’ academic performance, the impact of satisfaction on academic performance was not supported. This study is the first to examine integrating of perceived enjoyment, perceived image, information value, and emotional value on Internet continuance usage. Furthermore, this study is also distinguished from other studies by investigating the negative impact of Internet addiction on students’ academic performance gap.

YouTube and TikTok have gained increasing recognition as social network sites to support online knowledge acquisition, sharing, and application via social media platforms in the medical field. This study examines which aspect of TikTok and YouTube stimulates doctors, nurses, and any other YouTube and TikTok in the medical setting, to rely on them as sources of knowledge acquisition and sharing to keep their medical repertoire updated. A hybrid model is designed to investigate users’ acceptance of YouTube and TikTok as social media platforms. The model focuses on four main external factors: content richness, innovativeness, satisfaction, and enjoyment. These factors are connected with two TAM constructs which are perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. The results have shown that both YouTube and TikTok are affected by PEOU, PU, personal innovativeness, flow theory, and content richness. Both social media networks provide up-to-date sources described as useful, enjoyable, and relevant. Nevertheless, the comparative results have shown that YouTube has deeply influenced users’ medical perception and knowledge compared to TikTok. It is created for the very mere purpose of socialization and self-expression. In contrast, YouTube is used for educational and non-educational purposes due to the type of uploaded content and time management. Therefore, TikTok developers and influencers should initiate highly specialized videos and create content that raises awareness of medical field issues.

This study aims to explore the impact of satisfaction and trust on stickiness to Facebook. Also, it proposed that hedonic value, emotional value, and social value act as critical antecedents to Facebook stickiness. A quantitative methodology is used to examine the research questions. The research model was tested with data from 511 university students and five academic professors using an online survey. The proposed hypotheses were tested using regression analysis. Furthermore, Data were collected from targeted participants with Facebook experience, among the 511 participants, 353 were females (69.1%), and 158 were males (30.9%). The SEM analysis showed that satisfaction positively and significantly did affect stickiness, where trust did not. Also, results showed while hedonic value affected satisfaction, it did not impact trust. Hence, the results confirmed that hedonic value served as important value concerns for Facebook users. Nevertheless, the study found that both emotional value and social value impacted satisfaction and trust. The current research has enriched the existing study in the fields of customers’ satisfaction and trust on stickiness to Facebook. Moreover, this research is one of the earliest studies that proved that customer value creation serves as an important driving factor for customer satisfaction to generate stickiness to SNS. This study’s results help policymakers and designers of SNS to understand what value factors affect users’ stickiness to Facebook. Their marketing plans and decisions can be accordingly adjusted. This study suggests that marketers need to pay full attention to social value by adding more interactive features such as comments, likes, and shares in order to build social image and increase one’s social influence.

Medical tourism is an international phenomenon where some tourists travel long to reach treatment-therapeutic services because of high expenses, long waits, lacking in insurance, and applying services and insufficient access to health services in the destination. This industry, now, by making 60 billion dollars annually in international level, has been considered as one the most profitable markets and the number of countries to provide facilities and treatment services for foreign tourists tend to increase. Many countries provide applicable and legal plans for development of this industry. This paper aims at planning and improving medical tourism in megalopolis Shiraz. The dominating approach in the present study is developmental-applied and the method is descriptive, analytical and survey study. To analyze the data and to test the research hypothesis, the linear Pearson correlation and ANOVA were used. The results of the present study have indicated that all quality factors of treatment and tourism services, culture, facilities, medical and tourist equipment and ICT, had positive and direct correlation with developing medical tourism and the factor of price had negative and reverse correlation with it. In other words, the higher the price is, the less the medical tourism development is and vice versa. Also, the ANOVA showed that among medical tourists from various countries regarding satisfaction with the price of treatment and tourist services, the quality of treatment and tourist services, culture, facilities, medical and tourist equipment and ICT, there are significant differences and Kuwaiti tourists were the most satisfied tourists and Afghani ones were the least satisfied.

The aim of this research is to determine and to assess the effective factors on customer loyalty, concerning the internet-purchase of products and services of Tehran tourism agencies. For this purpose, the standardized questionnaire was distributed among on-line internet customers of Tehran tourism agencies and finally 384 questionnaires were applied in analyzing the research hypotheses. The data obtained from customers were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis technique and the structural equations modeling (SEM). The findings of the research with regard to the proposed model and its nine hypotheses from the highest to lowest route coefficients and hypothesis confirmation are respectively: the effect of customer loyalty with the route coefficient of 0.559; the effect of search capability with the route coefficient of 0.481; the effect of satisfaction on customer trust with the route coefficient of 0.388; the effect of transaction cost on customer satisfaction with the route coefficient of 0.321; the effect of search capability on customer trust with the route coefficient of 0.292; the effect of trust on customer loyalty with the route coefficient of 0.184; the effect of the perceived security on customer satisfaction with the route coefficient of 0.159. The above seven hypotheses have been confirmed and the effect perceived security effect on customer trust and the effect of transaction cost on customer trust with the route coefficient of 0.018 were finally rejected.

This research proposes a comprehensive model that investigates the relationships between service quality, hedonic, perceived value and behavioral intentions. The purpose of this study is to build a better understanding of the determinants of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty throughout the restaurant services by incorporating the perceptions of hedonic effect in service delivery and outlining why and how service quality is important to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Respondents were chosen from three regular customers of Atawich chain restaurants in city of Tehran by using stratified random sampling method. A total of 390 questionnaires were used for data analysis. Structural equations modeling by using LISREL was performed to empirically test the relationships between the constructs of this study. Results show that both service quality and hedonic effect are importance predictors of customer satisfaction in Iranian society. In addition, results indicate that service quality and hedonic effect have positive and significant effects on perceived value. However, relationship between customer satisfaction and perceived value with attitudinal loyalty was not significant. Finally, it suggests that restaurant managers should improve their restaurant service offerings to satisfy customers. In addition, the results emphasize the significance of hedonic effect and positive emotions in creating perceived value and customer satisfaction.
