This article is devoted to the problems of forming analytical support for the management of economic activities of industrial enterprises under emergency situations. It is established that the current ap-proaches of the formation of economic analysis in economic activities do not allow to fully assess the impact of emergencies on the financial conditions of the enterprises. Therefore, a taxonomic analysis technique is applied, which allows to represent the level of business development mathe-matically and to identify the most influential factors, including the consequences of emergencies. Methodological provisions for the use of taxonomic analysis are also developed, which consist of successive stages of application of analytical procedures for evaluating the development of the enterprise. This includes a comprehensive assessment of the level of development of the enterprise in the context of emergency situations by calculating an integrated taxonomic indicator; assessment of the structure and dynamics of the integrated emergency indicators and the assessment of the consequences of the emergency. The methodology is applied and tested on the example of activity of PAP “Novokramatorsky Automobile-Building Plant”. Overall comprehensive assessment of the level of development of the enterprise allows us to identify advantages, disadvantages and “bottlenecks” in the activity of the enterprise. It also identifies and mobilizes internal economic reserves, optimize the financial and economic activity of the enterprise as a whole, as well as timely diagnose the presence and depth of the crisis. The methodology can be applied at the enterprises of different branches of national economics with different sizes.

This paper investigates the factors influencing on customers’ purchase decision of residential properties in Selangor, Malaysia. The study measures the effects of quality, price, location, promotion and corporate image on purchase decision by distributing some questionnaire among 312 randomly selected residents from some selected destinations at Selangor, Malaysia. Descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis are used for analyzing the data. The findings reveal that quality, price, location, promotion, and corporate image positively and significantly influence on customers’ purchase decision. The results also indicate that location is the most important factor followed by price, quality, corporate image and promotion plays the smallest role on customers’ purchase intention. The study discusses the results and give constructive suggestions for promoting sales figures.

The demand for property increases every year in line with the population growth in Indonesia. Moreover, the society believes that investing in the property will have future benefits since there is an expectation of an increase in strong middle-class consumer spending made to the residential business segment and also urban society demands for apartments and condominiums. Loans and mortgages are often made by both owners and developers in order to own the property. Therefore, this study investigates the impacts of financial liquidity and leverage on the financial performance of the Indonesian property and real estate enterprises. The study considers three (3) selected companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange LQ 45 (IDX LQ 45) over period five (5) years (2012- 2016). The secondary data are obtained from the financial statement (comprehensive income statement and statement of financial position) of selected property and real estate companies listed on IDX. This data is analyzed by using the regression analysis; the t-statistics and F significance ANOVA were used to test the hypothesis. The result of the analysis show that Current Ratio (CR) and Debt-Asset Ratio (DAR) had a negative relationship with Return on Assets (ROA) while Times Interest Earned (TIE) had a positive relationship with ROA in Indonesia property and real estate industry.
