This research aims to analyze the relationship between information system quality and user satisfaction, the relationship between perceived usefulness and user satisfaction and the relationship between user satisfaction and sustainable e-learning. The research method used in this research is associative research. The population in this study were all students who had undergone lectures using e-learning. In this study, the analytical model was used, namely Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and the number of respondents was 456 high school students in Indonesia, who have undergone lectures using e-learning. The sampling technique used in this research is nonprobability sampling. The data collection method used was the questionnaire method and the instrument used to measure this research variable was a 5-point Likert scale. Data processing in this research uses SmartPLS software. The data analysis stage in this research is the outer model test including convergent validity, discriminant validity and composite reliability and inner model analysis, namely hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate the quality of the information system has a positive effect on user satisfaction, Perceived Usefulness has a positive effect on user satisfaction and user satisfaction has a positive effect on sustainable e-learning. The implication is that every element at every level in formal educational institutions must pay serious attention to personal factors, including attention to student achievement expectations, relative excellence expected by students, student suitability with the e-learning system chosen in an institution's formal education, and the attitude of students who are willing to accept and continuously use e-learning. In this way, students will be consistent in using e-learning so that student achievement, which is the main goal of every school, can be achieved. The limitation of this research is that it does not provide prior understanding to respondents regarding the scope of the meaning of sustainable e-learning.

The widespread adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, including ChatGPT, into education, has become a focal point of attention in recent years. This research explores the connections among perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEOU), attitude toward using ChatGPT (ATUC), and intention to use ChatGPT (ITUC) within Jordanian universities. A survey was employed to gather information from 523 university students in Jordan, and the hypotheses were examined using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings revealed that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use positively impacted attitude toward using ChatGPT and intention to use ChatGPT. Attitude toward using ChatGPT positively impacted intention to use ChatGPT. Implications from this research are crucial to provide developers, instructors, and institutions in Jordan with useful information to help them successfully incorporate ChatGPT into the educational process.

The current research paper aims to pinpoint the determinants that impact consumers' perceived ease and perceived usefulness of digital wallet usage in Jordan. To accomplish this, the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) has been used, which encompasses additional dimensions like the perceived risk of COVID-19, social influence, government support, promotional benefits, perceived value, and personal innovativeness. A quantitative research approach was employed in this paper; an online survey was applied to gather data from a total of 401 participants. The gathered data underwent analysis using a two-step PLS-SEM method. The study outcomes show that digital wallet users' perception of promotional benefits and perceived value significantly and positively affect the digital wallet's perceived usefulness. However, governmental support and social influence do not have a significant impact on digital wallets' perceived usefulness.

This research aims to explore the impact of AI-induced anxiety on the adoption of mobile payment services in supply chain firms, viewed through the lens of Mental Accounting Theory. In an era driven by technological advancement, supply chain companies' use of mobile payment services has arisen as a crucial problem. This study is the first to investigate the complicated links between AI-induced anxiety, perceived utility, and the adoption rate of mobile payment systems using the Mental Accounting Theory as a theoretical framework. The study employs a quantitative research approach, using Smart PLS for regression analysis, and gathers its data from major supply chain business players. Our analysis offered important insights into the many aspects influencing the adoption of mobile payment services in supply chain companies. The acceptance rate was shown to be adversely connected with AI-induced anxiety and integration expenses, posing obstacles for businesses seeking to embrace mobile payment systems. In contrast, characteristics such as perceived utility, usability, confidence in security, and backing from upper management were positively connected with adoption rates. These findings provide not only theoretical contributions to the current research, but also concrete advice for supply chain practitioners seeking to exploit mobile payment systems for operational and strategic advantage.

This paper aims to examine the mediating effect of attitude toward the continued application of e-tax in the association between perceived usefulness, ease of use, compatibility, and intention to continue applying e-tax based on empirical evidence from Vietnamese tax officials. Thereby, the research model is proposed and the hypotheses are developed on the basis of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This study applies a quantitative analysis with a research sample of 343 tax officials from tax authorities at all levels within Vietnam. This study applies stratified and convenient sampling techniques. Structural equation modeling with AMOS was used to test the hypothesized relationships. The results revealed that among perceived usefulness, ease of use, and compatibility only perceived usefulness has a direct impact and positive relationship to the intention to continue applying e-tax and the attitude toward the continued application of e-tax also has a direct impact and positive relationship to the intention to continue applying e-tax. Especially, the results prove the mediating effects of attitude toward the continued application of e-tax on the relationships towards the intention to continue applying e-tax. This study contributes to both the literature and practice. The limitations and future research implications are discussed.

Information and communication technology (ICT) developments and trends in recent years have had great impacts on banking sector worldwide. Therefore, the disruptive innovative technology has accelerated changes in the way of banking business. The purpose of this paper is to explore the factors that influence on Pakistani customer’s intentions to adopt internet banking. The sample used in this empirical study includes 265 responses of internet banking users collected through structured questionnaire. For statistical analysis, structural equation model (SEM) approach was used. The present study suggests that internet banking use increases as long as customer perceives it as useful tool. Findings confirmed that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and attitude were the key constructs for promoting internet banking usage in Pakistan. Furthermore, the importance performance matrix analysis has shown that attitude was the most important factor. Thus, banks can focus on cultivation of positive attitudinal beliefs about internet banking among prospect cus-tomers.

Artificial intelligence (AI) systems have significantly changed the audit process; nevertheless, the AI revolution opponents view this growth as a step-back as many auditors will fail to adapt to this new environment and will drop behind. Our descriptive study examines the perceived ease of use, usefulness, and contribution to the audit quality of different AI’s types. To address local audit firms concerns about their readiness to use AI systems in auditing processes and to advance auditing research, we examine whether perceived ease of use, usefulness, and contribution to audit quality vary by AI systems type (Assisted, Augmented, and Autonomous). An online questionnaire was used to collect data from 124 auditors representing local audit firms in Jordan. Our results indicate that auditors perceive Assisted and Augmented AI systems as ease of use in auditing while perceiving Autonomous AI systems as complicated to use. Besides, Auditors are underestimating Autonomous AI systems’ capabilities and perceived it as not useful for auditing. The results also reveal a significant difference between the perceived contribution to audit quality by the three AI systems types. This study contributes to the existing literature on AI and auditing by developing and testing a measure for AI systems’ perceived contribution to audit quality. This study also provides empirical evidence on how Jordan local firms auditors perceive AI use in auditing.

The present study attempted to determine the elements affecting users' opinions about using electronic auctions in Jordan. The study's target audience was Jordanian university students. We randomly selected 600 students from three public universities in Jordan after 600 users from each of the three universities responded to the surveys. The primary data for this study were gathered using a specially created questionnaire that was based on earlier research. SEM software (smart PLS 4.0.8.3) was employed in the evaluation of data. This study looked into the factors that led Jordanians to use electronic auctions and found four indirect significant relationships and ten direct significant relationships. First, user attitudes and independent variables (usefulness, awareness, ease of use, and techno trust) are directly significant antecedents of utilizing e-auctions in Jordan. The use of e-auctions is related to the independent variable in five direct and significant ways: usefulness, awareness, ease of use, digital divide, and techno trust. Thirdly, there are direct and statistically significant correlations between user attitudes and the independent variables (usefulness, awareness, ease of use, and techno trust). Fourthly, there appears to be a clear and significant link between user attitudes and the intention to use e-auctions. Fifth, there are four mediated meaningful indirect correlations between the intention to use e-auctions and the independent variable. The findings of the current study are based on a number of factors that affect the demand for e-commerce in Jordan. They also include some recommendations for academics and decision-makers in e-marketing affairs. The current study also contributes in identifying challenges and suggestions that would overcome obstacles related to shopping operations through e-auctions. The factors examined in this study have been the subject of prior research. The data gathered in this study are valuable to Jordanian decision-makers and web developers, as the data can be used to create efficient policies and strategies to launch work on electronic auction platforms.

The use of social media for young people has encouraged communication and socialization with other users massively and excessively. Besides, activities by the community of social media users have allocated much time. This condition exposed productivity as a challenge in the place and family communication. This study explores the effect of excessive use of social networking sites on customer loyalty with the mediating role of perceived usefulness, behavioral intention, and essential information. This research focused on adult-young people who use social networking media daily. Data collection used questionnaires designed with a five-point Likert scale and distributed online through Google Forms link. The respondents were given rewards through internet charge vouchers to encourage them, respondents, to complete the questionnaires. The questionnaire was distributed successfully to 932 prospective respondents during 2019-2023 through social media (WhatsApp, Line) and e-mail. Four hundred seventy-two (472) respondents were considered to meet the sample criteria as an adult-young group—data processing using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS Software version 4.0. The results found that excessive use of social networking sites positively affects perceived usefulness, essential information, and behavioral intention. Perceived usefulness positively influences essential information and behavioral intention. The essential information increases behavioral intention and customer loyalty. The results also found that behavioral intention positively impacts customer loyalty. The practical contribution of research to young adults can determine the top priority in using social networking sites so as not to interfere with work activities and good relationships between family members. The film industry can promote products through social media effectively and efficiently. The theoretical contribution of research by enriching marketing behavior theory and technology acceptance model to improve user welfare and comfort.

This study aims to estimate the factors determining the perceived behavioral Intention to use the QR code on a smartphone in the commuter line tap-in tap-out ticketing process as an alternative payment. The rapid growth of information technology in the last two decades had become a factor that encouraged individuals and groups to utilize information technology from devices or technological tools as effectively and efficiently as possible to facilitate the activities and business processes being carried out. This research used the probability sampling technique with a random sampling of 100 commuter line passengers. In addition, this research used the data analysis technique of the Structural Equation Model-SmartPLS3.0. The results indicated that perceived compatibility and enjoyment significantly affected the perceived ease of use and usefulness in the consumer's behavioral Intention to use QR Code technology on smartphones as a substitution for purchasing commuter train tickets. However, the three other variables, perceived convenience, self-efficacy, and enjoyment, do not significantly influence the usefulness of using QR Code Technology on smartphones as an alternative for purchasing commuter tickets, and neither do the technological knowledge and perceived compatibility.
