This study aims to investigate the impact of green finance initiatives on achieving sustainable development goals in Jordan, with a specific focus on evaluating the effectiveness of green finance strategies in promoting environmental sustainability. The research applies the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) method and assesses the connection of green finance, taken as the number of banks who increase the loan activity on ecology projects, and sustainable growth, given by the records of carbon releases. Relevant control variables involved in this consideration include income level, population, trade openness, and urbanization in addition to other factors that could otherwise cause a deviation which would generate biased results. The statistical tests show that green finance positively contributes to sustainable development in Jordan, and in the short- and long-term perspectives. Green finance and sustainable development have been a tightly connected two-way causality between them according to Dik and Panchenko's test, which implies that a virtuous cycle exists here. The results give extra weight and brilliant examples of the crucial role that green finance plays in the implementation of the sustainable development goals. It is this role that mainly enables reduction of carbon emissions in the world and mitigation of the negative consequences of climate change. They touch on the main issue of shaping the suitable conditions for green investment options and to create the interest for investing in sustainable development projects. This has become part and parcel of the green finance and sustainable development literature through the manifold of envisaged adjustments to our research design, a wide array of relevant control variables considered, and fully developed elaborated econometrics. It offers a direct response to the research gap by unfolding how becoming green finances takes place. This empowers the sustainable development outcomes in Jordan.

This research aims to study the factors influencing customer retention of E-Marketplace businesses by applying the SOR theory and the mediating effect by examining the relationship between value perception, customer engagement, brand loyalty, and customer retention variables by creating a model based on the SOR theory to study the influence of environmental factors that will lead to customer retention mechanisms. The study focused on a sample group of 426 people who have used E-Marketplace services using an online questionnaire as a research tool. The model was analyzed using the CFA and the hypothesis was tested using the SEM analysis. The results showed that stimuli (S), such as customer value perception, had a strong positive influence and a crucial role in the development and creation of a mechanism for assessing individuals' internal feelings (O) on two variables, customer engagement, brand loyalty, and directly influence customer retention. Furthermore, significant evidence also showed that brand loyalty has an important role as a mediator between customer value perception and customer retention, which is the outcome factor (R) of this study. This structural model can explain customer engagement and retention up to 86.50 percent. Therefore, this research has value as a theory and guideline in formulating an operational strategy for E-Marketplace businesses.

This study examines the impact of Social Media Advertising Content (SMAC) and Social Media Sales Promotion Content (SMSPC) on Brand Image (BI) and customer behavior (CB) within the emergent context of container food courts in Indonesia. Focusing on Jakarta and Surabaya, which are cities at the forefront of culinary innovation, this study aims to uncover how digital marketing practices shape consumer perceptions and behaviors in this novel sector. The study employed rigorous methodology, including G*Power for sample size determination and SmartPLS for data analysis, and engaged 292 participants through a carefully designed survey. The findings indicated significant relationships between SMAC and SMSPC on BI, and subsequently on CB, underscoring the critical role of social media content in enhancing BI and shaping CB. Additionally, this study examines the generational differences between Generation Y and Generation Z, offering insights into tailored marketing strategies that cater to their distinct preferences. This study enriches academic discourse on the impact of digital marketing in the food industry and provides practical recommendations for practitioners aiming to leverage social media to enhance BI and foster positive CB in container food courts. The insights gained from this study not only illuminate the dynamics of social media marketing in an Indonesian context but also suggest avenues for future research in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

This study examines gender differences in attitudes and intentions to adopt artificial intelligence among startup professionals. Utilizing a survey methodology encompassing responses from male and female participants, key constructs including attitude, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and intention to use were analyzed through a comparative lens. The results reveal nuanced disparities between male and female perspectives on AI adoption. While minor differences were observed in the influence of attitude and perceived ease of use on adoption intentions, a significant gender gap emerged in the perception of how ease of use impacts perceived usefulness. These findings underscore the importance of recognizing gender dynamics in shaping attitudes and intentions towards AI adoption, highlighting the need for gender-inclusive strategies in fostering technology adoption among startups. This study contributes to the understanding of gender-specific considerations in AI adoption processes and offers insights for policymakers and industry stakeholders seeking to promote equitable and inclusive technological advancement.

The study delves into how governance, environmental unpredictability and strategic management intersect, with agency theory offering a framework to comprehend this connection. It is evident how the structure of governance can influence the actions of managers and the results of organizations, amidst evolving conditions. Descriptive analytical approaches were used, and utilized an electronic questionnaire, as the main tool for gathering data. It involved 254 individuals randomly selected from Information and Communication Technology companies in Amman, Jordan including both managers and non-managers. Various statistical techniques, such as inferential methods using SPSS version 26 for Windows were employed to explore research questions and test hypotheses. The study discovered that the perceived uncertainty in the environment plays a role in influencing how corporate governance affects strategy implementation, in information technology firms. The findings suggest. Studying the environment to better grasp and respond to uncertainties. Additionally, it is advised to tailor governance practices and strategies to manage risks and obstacles resulting from shifts.

The present study centered on the mediation of innovation and the moderation of collective organizational engagement in affecting human capital (a combination of skill and knowledge) on sustainable competitive advantage and further examined human capital, innovation, and collective organizational engagement impacts on sustainable competitive advantage. Subsequently, this study utilized a quantitative approach, engaging 270 sample frame SME units in Indonesia using a Likert scale questionnaire and examining it using SEM-PLS. The findings demonstrate that human capital positively and significantly impacted innovation and sustainable competitive advantage, indicating that a high level of business skill, business orientation, perception of risk, and know-how management enhances the organization’s innovation capability, creating distinctive, exceptional, and invaluable resources as core competencies of sustainable competitive advantage. This study confirms and advances the RBV theory and previous studies by examining intangible resources' mediating and moderating role, in which innovation contributes to mediating the effect of human capital on sustainable competitive advantage and collective organizational engagement reinforces (moderates) the impact of human capital on establishing sustainable competitive advantage. So, the results of this research illuminate the significance of human capital, innovation, and collective organizational engagement as the organization’s superior resources in manifesting sustainable competitive advantage.

The literature argues that the quality of a firm’s financial reporting is reflected in the extent of its sustainability disclosure (SD). This study therefore examines the link between CEO characteristics (i.e., age, financial experience, duality leadership structure) and privileges (i.e., compensation and ownership) and the extent of SD. It also examines whether board independence has a vital impact on this association. A panel data set of 329 firm-year observations of firms listed on the Amman stock Exchange (ASE) between 2022 and 2023 is investigated. While the results show that a CEO’s age and compensation positively and significantly affect the magnitude of a firm’s SD, the CEO’s financial experience, duality and ownership do not have a significant link to SD. Moreover, when board independence moderates the association between CEO characteristics and privileges and the extent of SD, the only variable that has a positive and significant effect on the extent of sustainability information is the CEO’s age. The findings are expected to be beneficial to firms’ decision makers regarding the selection of CEOs, as well as in deciding their compensation schemes. It also adds new evidence to the current debate in the literature on this issue, especially from a developing capital market like Jordan.

Upstream textile companies in Indonesia are the most significant contributors to environmentally hazardous production waste. Green Transformational Leadership (GTL) is critical to achieving a Green Resilient Supply Chain (GRS) to address vulnerability to supply chain disruptions while maintaining environmentally friendly practices. In addition, the mediation of Green Ambidexterity (GAM) and Green Innovation (GIN) is believed to strengthen the achievement of GRS. In line with the Indonesian government's policy to protect the environment, this study examines the direct effect of green transformational leadership variables on a green resilient supply chain. It evaluates Green Ambidexterity and Green Innovation's mediating effect on the relationship between GTL and GRS. This study analyzes the data of 50 production managers of upstream textile companies from 87 respondents collected from the survey. The analysis uses PLS-SEM based on variance to verify the relationship between variables. The research results indicate that green transformational leadership significantly influences green resilient supply chains. It was found that both Green Ambidexterity and Green Innovation significantly influence the Green Resilient Supply Chain, both directly and through mediating effects. Therefore, managers should consider implementing a Green Resilient Supply Chain, Green Ambidexterity, and Green Innovation practices to improve organizational goals while maintaining a green environment.

A study has been conducted to examine an array of factors such as the factors affecting integrated marketing communication (IMC), entrepreneurship factors, process factors, and basic competitive pressure factors. Based on the perspective of the advertising film production industry, we will examine the service supply chain within the industry. The study is based on the observation and analysis of 310 people working in fields related to the production of advertising films. The research found that all the factors listed above have an immediate impact on the advertising production industry and are significant. There is a strong influence of entrepreneurs on the commercial film production industry.

This study investigates the impacts of environmental accounting, green supply chain management (GSCM), and import regulations on firm performance. Using a quantitative research design, this study employs Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to examine 192 managers from the health equipment industry. The research employs a comprehensive array of measurement items derived from interdisciplinary literature to assess the intricate relationships among the primary variables in a multifaceted manner. This research underscores the favorable effect of environmental accounting on bolstering green supply chain management (GSCM) practices and dexterously navigating import regulations, which ultimately prove to be highly beneficial for a firm's performance. This study validates the potency of a circular economy approach, with resource efficiency emerging as a crucial aspect in maximizing both ecological and financial outcomes. The measurement model developed in this study is a dependable resource for future research and practical applications aimed at promoting sustainability in the industry.
