This paper aims to examine what factor relevancy influences consumers’ preference to use online food delivery platforms in Thailand. Further, it investigates consumers' behavior during the covid-19 pandemic. A questionnaire was used to examine a sample of 400 Thai consumers who were using online food delivery platforms. Collected data were analyzed using a statistical package program in 3 steps: Confirmatory factor analysis, path analysis, structural equation model analysis (SEM). Thai consumers increasingly used food delivery on online platforms during the covid-19 epidemic. The study also found that the platform's ease of use, the food delivery service fees, offers or privileges, and payment security on online food delivery platforms influenced consumers’ future use of online food delivery platforms. The food delivery service fees are the most influential factor in using online food delivery platforms. Future research can explore the role of using online food delivery platforms and their impact on the online food delivery platforms. Online food delivery platform providers should lower their service fees, always be implementing new promotions, provide various coupon codes, and create games so that consumers can win prizes. The online food delivery platform providers need to develop consumer trust, ensure that payments are secure, and enhance the ease of use of their platforms. This study contributes to the emerging literature related to online food delivery platforms by studying the relevancy factor that influences consumers’ preference to use online food delivery platforms, which are critical for the success of any online food delivery platform provider.

This study investigated the impact of supply chain ambidexterity on supply chain performance (SCP) under uncertainties. The dynamic capability theory of firms was adopted in the supply chain to design a research framework that recommends a supply chain strategy under uncertainties pertaining to inter-island logistics in Indonesia. This study involved the survey of 140 large-scale companies delivering products across the Indonesian islands to identify the supply chain uncertainties by analyzing data using SmartPLS. The supply chain ambidexterity (SAM) was identified to exhibit no direct correlation with SCP; however, agile supply chain (ASC) and lean supply chain (LSC) could indirectly relate the SAM and SCP. For supply chain professionals, the results indicated that SCP cannot be achieved solely through SAM, thereby necessitating the development of LSCs and/or ASCs, driven from SAM, to achieve SCP. Thus, this study empirically confirmed ASC and LSC to be effective practices for mitigating supply chain uncertainties by mediating supply chain ambidexterity on SCP.

This article analyses how innovative management methods including collaborative networks, digital marketing, service quality, and supply chain management can bring increased potential performance for cultural tourism in the northeast of Thailand. To reveal the preconditions and factors like innovative management, service quality, digital marketing, and supply chain management that enable cultural tourism performance in Thailand's northeast, a survey was done utilizing a questionnaire and a simple random approach with key informants such as tourists. The findings imply that encouraging performance is dependent on innovative management, service quality, digital marketing, and supply chain management in cultural tourism.

This research aimed to examine the effect of the model of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Programs on SME Innovation (SI) by involving Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) as the mediating variable. This quantitative research used a Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis technique with SEM-PLS 3.2.9 software. Respondents in this research were small businesses as mitra binaan of the Oil and Gas SOE in Wast Java Province, consisting of 87 small businesses or enterprises engaged in fashion, food, beverages, toys, and educational props. Sampling was done using a purposive random sampling technique. The results showed that CSR programs had a significant direct effect on Entrepreneurial Orientation and SME Innovations. It was also found that Entrepreneurial Orientation was significantly and directly correlated with SME Innovations. CSR programs had a significant indirect effect on SME Innovations through Entrepreneurial Orientation. The study confirmed that CSR programs impacted SME Innovations by involving entrepreneurial orientation to strengthen the influence of CSR programs on small businesses.

This study examines the success drivers of Supply Chain Performance (SCP). This study aims to examine the interrelationships among various proposed success drivers of SCP that were analyzed individually or collectively in some previous studies. Four proposed forces have been identified in this study including organizational culture, SC relationships, SC integration, and SC innovation. SC integration is seen as a mediating factor between SC relationships and SCP. Using a deductive and quantitative approach that is based on collecting data from (17) companies in the field of logistics using an online survey, the study focuses on four success drivers including organizational culture, SC innovation, SC relationships, and SC integration. Smart PLS 3 software was applied to analyze the data based on the use of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The findings confirm that organizational culture and SC innovation have a direct significant impact on SCP. Regarding the mediating role of SC integration, the finds confirmed that SC integration mediates the relationship between SC relationships and SCP. A set of implications and recommendations for decision-makers and researchers are proposed based on the empirical findings of the current study. SC managers must first consider organizational culture and try to create positive supportive cultural attributes. A culture that encourages openness to change, sharing of knowledge, and collaboration seems a necessity to further improve SCP. Additionally, as the study findings emphasized the significant impact of SC innovation, SC managers should encourage innovative initiatives and behavior.

This study aims to evaluate supply chain management on fuel oil to optimize improvement strategies that can be applied to ConocoPhillips companies in Indonesia. Effective and efficient supply chain management is one of the goals to achieve the company's business stability in the fuel oil supply chain. Fuel oil is a very complex basic need for companies in carrying out industrial and transportation activities. The research method is measuring and evaluating company performance through a combination of the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) model and the Analytic Hierarchy Process. Research respondents through interviews with four informants from the company ConocoPhilips. Based on the SCOR Version 11.0 model, in this study the SCOR measurement is divided into four perspectives, namely Plan, Source, Deliver and Return. Furthermore, through the measurement of Key Performance Indicators, it is classified using five supply chain dimensions, namely reliability, responsiveness, agility, costs, and assets. The research resulted in the final value of supply chain performance of 74,992 which can be categorized as a moderate or intermediate level, this implies that the existence of an assessment system or measurement of supply chain performance on an ongoing basis can be used as a consideration in determining the optimal strategy. Research findings, improvements, and strategies are needed, especially in the perspective of delivering which has the lowest score.

Corporate social responsibility and green supply chain management are sustainable strategies that all enterprises always aim to improve firm performance and sustainable development. The objective of the study is to evaluate the impact of social responsibility on green supply chain management and performance of Vietnamese construction enterprises. The study collected data of Vietnamese construction enterprises through online and in-person surveys, then analyzed the data using Smart PLS software. The results show that social responsibility has a positive and statistically significant impact on green supply chain management and performance of construction enterprises on all three aspects of economy, society and environment. However, green supply chain management only has a statistically significant impact on environmental performance. From there, it shows that businesses should implement social responsibility and participate in green supply chains and practice green supply chain management to improve business efficiency and sustainable development.

The aim of this study is to investigate the mediating mechanism of customer satisfaction (CS) on customer relationship management (CRM) and customer loyalty (CL) among Nigerian consolidated banks. This paper used a survey research design, and the study unit of analysis consists of selected customers among Nigerian consolidated banks. This study used a purposive sampling technique whereby structured questionnaires were used to collect data from 750 customers of the 5 focused banks in Kano State, Nigeria. Partial least square–structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) was used to evaluate the study hypotheses. The outcome of the study revealed that CRM has a significant effect on CL while CS partially mediates CRM and CL relationship. This paper provides substantial results to practitioners to realize the role of developing a CRM strategy in the Nigerian banking industry. In line with that, the management of the banks should build sound CRM components such as process fit, customer information quality and information system support to deliver sound services in order to operate and compete in the banking ecosystem effectively. This paper has made a substantial contribution to the body of knowledge in the CS, CL, and CRM literature by operationalizing it within the Nigerian banking industry.

The research aims to conceptualize and examine the antecedents and consequences of brand innovation in online food delivery services. The conceptual framework of the study was developed from the consumer-based approach. A questionnaire was used to collect data from 562 consumers who used food ordering applications within Bangkok and metropolitan areas in Thailand. The measurement and structural models were analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study demonstrated that brand image and customer experience quality are classified as the antecedents influencing brand innovation and brand equity as the consequence of brand innovation. This research contributes to the body of knowledge in the theory of brand management and customer relationship management (CRM).

This study is aimed at analyzing the effect of port service performance, occupational safety, and health, and work safety on loading and unloading productivity and its impact on service user satisfaction at Yos Sudarso Tual Port, Maluku province, in Eastern Indonesia in 2020. What was found was the limited-service performance delivered to service users, resulting in dissatisfaction. This could have implications for the less-than-optimal loading and unloading performance at Yos Sudarso Tual Port. The study uses a quantitative method, with a path analysis model, with a total of 40 samples. Research respondents are users of loading and unloading services. The findings, in general, indicate that there is an effect of port service performance, occupational safety, and health and work security on loading and unloading productivity which in turn has an impact on increasing user satisfaction of Yos Sudarso Tual Port services. The key finding is that new investments are needed which will require the ongoing capacity building and development of several port authorities who are civil servants who will oversee port planning and operations and regulate access to key port services and facilities.
